Corner garden set…
Having looked for a corner garden set for a few weeks was surprised to see EZ Living had them. Went to Pouladuff today and got great help from Keith and from going home to do a final measure up we went back and got a great deal for a beautiful corner suite. Keith was very pleasant to deal with and very helpful. Looking forward to getting the delivery on Tues and nice days spent outside. Thanks again and would definitely recommend EZ Living if you're looking for great service and great quality furniture

I bought a respa mattress on Saturday…
I bought a respa mattress on Saturday and cancelled the order first thing Monday morning because on reflection i thought it would be too firm. And there was no other softer mattress within my budget in the store. I was offered a credit note which i declined. Then on talking to the manager in the Pouladuff store I was informed that I will only receive a 90% refund due to transport booked on Sunday evening. It wasnt due to be delivered until Tuesday. One of the store staff had told me I could get a refund if I changed my mind when i was buying. The manager said she denied saying this to me. I will never buy from them again. I had used this store a lot over the years but was appalled about their lack of care in this instance. Today I was informed that I would be getting only an 80% refund. I am a pensioner and haven't the funds to pay more for a softer mattress which are almost twice the cost in the store and now im left with €120 less to purchase a new mattress. How can any business treat a customer in this way...a highly unethical practice to say the least as far as I'm concerned.
I eventually received a full refund as a "gesture of good will" but it was such a stressful experience. I didnt feel the good will whatsoever. The manager of the Pouladuff store just didn't seem to care. The Assistant Manager was helpful and had empathy.
I went to a different shop, bought a more suitable mattress and was charged only €20 for mattress delivery. Guess where I will be returning to!
