A sale is A sale looking to buy a mirror and…
Well I was looking to buy a mirror and they had none in stock I said I’d take the display mirror upstairs and NO it’s on display . Ok.
If I was manager I’d have said Certainly a sale is a sale money in bag
They had another mirrow different colour so if anyone else wanted she could have shown them the book and show it. Could have said They popular can’t keep them in stock
As it is they have One in stock on display I wanted one for Xmas and have to wait till end of January
Not good business I’d say

Hi Bridann,
Unfortunately we cannot sell display items off the shop floor unless the actual item is discontinued.
If we were to sell these items off the floor then unfortunately it would not be visible for anyone to view it.. so hence it results in lost sales.
Unfortunately I can see the item you have purchased is out of stock until January but as soon as it is back in stock the team will notify you of this.

Total incompetence in collection…
Total incompetence in collection process for a web order from Cavan store. 1 item out of 4 in store despite email & texts received confirming items ready to collect. Absolutely no assistance given in store, told to dial customer service myself which I did outside the store. Another item miraculously appeared. Again zero assistance or apologies offered for inconveniences. Still waiting on one item to come into stock, god knows how that will go.
