The delivery guys were great, no room to build the table as renovations were ongoing, but came back promptly when asked and assembled it in the dining room.

Happy with product, quite a long wait for “in stock” item
Very Happy with product. Online said in stock but when we went to the store they are not kept so still had to wait a few weeks. The order process in store was very long and slow - may have just been the particular staff member but the collection was simple. One store offered us free delivery but the one we ended up purchasing from didn’t so we chose collection instead.

Took a day off work expecting barstools…
Took a day off work expecting barstools to be delivered between 2and 5pm Driver rang at 4pm to say a mistake had been made Our address is near Carryduff but it had come up with them as Carrickfergus and they wouldn’t be delivered today We would have to wait for a Lisburn delivery When I phoned about it I got a call back blaming the computer I am very disappointed with the service Someone puts the information into the computer !!!!!

Both John and Cloe were extremely helpful when my wife and I visited the showroom on several occasions. John was welcoming and made us feel valued immediately we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble for him. A professional in every way. Cloe was extremely helped when choosing accessories for the coffee table. A keen eye for colour and a talented interior designer. We enjoy visiting EZ Living and is No 1 for us in contemporary furnishings

Excellent service
We went into the Boucher road store today looking for a mattress, Jonny was the first to come and ask if we needed any help we declined at first as we were not sure what type of mattress we needed, as soon as we had narrowed it down Jonny came over and explained the difference and helped us decide which would be best suited to us, he was really approachable and friendly. He made the purchase quick and easy and gave us expected delivery time of 4 weeks. He also gave our 3 children lollipops for being so good. Would definitely recommend a visit and ask for Jonny H.

Went for a browse around EZ Living…
Went for a browse around EZ Living Discount Outlet for holiday home furniture. Was about to walk out when I couldn’t see anything of interest. A young salesman, Conan Ward, asked if I was looking for anything particular. Told him and he directed me to a little blue chair for under my open stairs, even let me keep it there for later collection. Very enthusiastic and approachable.
