Avoid using EzyPay, their credibility is low and banks usually blocks the transaction. They charge customers or clients even when they're at fault.

This company are about as close to organised crime as you could possible imagine.
They have been charging me a 100% missed payment fine due to an expired card being on file, in additional to my current ban details. The scam is they try the expired card first and if that doesnt work, they charge a 100% "missed payment fee" to my bank account the following day. Quite genius really and of course, all squared off in their terms and conditions.

My business used Ezypay for years and experienced ongoing issues that were never addressed, despite providing extensive feedback. Their system is outdated and restrictive, with limited customisation.

They charge excessive fees, including $16.39 for a failed payment (plus further $16.89 for any retry fails), and a “load fee” just to add a new customer. Even worse, despite repeatedly requesting failed real-time payment notifications so we could chase payments, these were never provided, meaning we often ended up paying the fees ourselves when customers didn’t pay.

Customer service is slow, unhelpful, and robotic—not just for us, but also for our customers. On multiple occasions when our clients contacted Ezypay directly to make changes to their accounts, the process was handled poorly. This reflected badly on our business and caused unnecessary frustration for our customers.

Even now, months after we stopped using them, they refuse to cancel our account without charging an exit fee—making the process unnecessarily difficult.

Since switching to Stripe, the difference has been night and day. Stripe offers a modern, accurate, fully customisable platform with no failed transaction fees, smart payment retries, instant notifications, and outstanding 24/7 support. We regret not switching sooner.

I strongly recommend avoiding Ezypay and using Stripe instead.

Criminal behavior. Any business using this company should be ashamed. They decided to take membership payments on a day prior to what we set up. Charging as and when they like. I was charged $10 when they decided to charge on a day not set up for payment. They are crooks and acting on a Criminal dishonest way. STAY AWSY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP CLIENTS. Im.in the process of a Commerce Commission case in NZ and a disputes tribunal case. It's not the $10 it's the Criminal behavior behind this company that MUST BE STOPPED. You cheated the wrong person. $6 fee for my card being expired a year after I added it to the app in question. Nothing but daylight robbery, disgusting company.
