Poor service. Waited over an hour while the two employees wandered about and talked on the phone. I asked how long they were going to be and then they did the two tyres I needed. A job that then took about 15 minutes. Don't know if they're just sloppy or if they make a habit of taking the Mickey with female customers. No intention of using them again.

If i could, i will give a 0. Took car for a simple service (oil change) and had more problems than you would imagine. Car was leaking oil from everywhere. It looked like someone did pour oil all over the engine. Belt slipped down during drive as was advised to take it back for them to check. After 3 attempts to find out where the oil was coming from they said it was leaking already when I brought it in! If so, you would expect them to inform you about such issue prior to put in a new oil!!! Extremely disappointed and will never ever suggest to anyone to go there! Inexperienced, poor communication, unprofessional.
After a while had to replace an alternator too as it was also affected by the oil they pour all over the engine. Only God knows what they were doing with my car. And for all these trouble i have had, to find some professional to have a look and clean the engine... to find out there is actually nothing wrong with it, it is just oil all over the engine, i have paid for that service as normal. At the end of the day they put a blame on the customer. Shame on them!
EDIT: after writing this review, I was contacted by manager to find out if my feedback was genuine. I was told they have no records of my car being there and I can't send an email to them either ( I got blocked). Never came back to me again.

took my car for service only to be told few hours later that service could not be carried out because had no air or oil filter for my car and were unable to obtain these and could i come and collect my car. no attempt to try resolve the issue ie source filters and re book service for another date , was a just a no we cant do service . surely this would of been picked up before the day of the service, i work for a CAT machine dealership and we would never go to service a machine without knowing we had all the relevant parts to complete the service . people warned me about using you but gave you the benefit of the doubt looks like they were right !

Very happy with service - very friendly efficient service - nice guys
