Top service from the minute I rang having broken down by myself with a flat tyre to fixing it and getting me on my journey back to North Wales.so reassuring when I needed it, thank you. Can’t recommend enough.

Great guys and service !we tried to get a puncture mended late afternoon on a Thursday got turned away by 3other tyre depots but formula one were more than accommodating great service great price ,no problem in recommending

If I could give no stars I would, 1 is a bit generous. Took my car to the Crewe branch for a MOT. Tester failed the OSF rear axle bush. Took to another garage for replacement, the mechanic checked them and they were both in serviceable condition. I looked at them while I was there both sides were identical, no significant damage or reason for fail, I have had no knocks or bangs from the rear suspension, to indicate any issues beforehand. Car was submitted to another garage for test and they passed it. I will avoid F1 Auto like the plague, from now on.

Crewe branch recently did a service on my car, the guys are all great very friendly and trouble free. We also recently took our other car in for tyres too great service great price cannot fault them they are great.

Booked for my son to have a puncture repair carried on today at the Crewe branch (23 mile round trip). My wife followed him there as they were dropping the car off leaving it there whilst doing some shopping at the nearby retail park.
The appointment was booked with an AM slot.

When they arrived they were told that no booking had been made, plus, i quote “you can’t book a puncture repair online” (100% wrong as i had an email confirmation. Order number WEB75888621A, showing the date and time of appointment along with the puncture repair and a free 10 point check). He then went on to say that they can’t fit the job in today as they are too busy. My wife explained we have a confirmation and they had traveled a distance to be there. She offered to leave the car with them and after huffing and puffing he agreed to fit the car in at 2pm

My wife returned to collect the car when they advised it was done only to find out that they hadn’t carried out the free 10 point check i had booked. All they could say is they were too busy to do it and to bring it back next week.

Horrendous service. I won’t be returning with any of my cars to any of your centres again.

Absolute customer disregard! This morning I tried to schedule an aircon recharge. Unfortunately, the call was disconnected. Just a minute later, I tried calling the garage again, but no one answered. I tried again after 15 minutes, but no answer. My number is definitely displayed, so I don't understand why they don't even try to call back. They seem to completely disregard their customers; after all, they're paid by the hour, not for the work performed. I've visited this garage in the past (tire replacement and alignment) and never had any problems. However, after today's incident, our cars will never go there again. And please, don't copy and paste the same formula to contact your customer service.

Nothing is ever too much trouble, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. They truly look out for people like me who have no idea about cars. Not there to rip you off, just there to help. Makes such a refreshing change. Absolute 5*

Two of my cars gone from bad to worst after they claimed it was serviced.

First car, MOT was passed without any adversaries sorted, found the same adversary the next year.
Second one, I started having rattling problems just after service.

I will never go there again.

Fantastic service from the Crewe team. I had a puncture that I found on Sunday morning, Rang the Crewe branch and Chris was amazing in fitting me in despite a busy workshop. Could not fault the team there, I have been there several times now and will not hesitate to return, keep up the great service.

Great customer service, great prices and really fast.

Gave them the keys and not even 30 minutes later my car has been already sorted. Had my full service done in less than 30 minutes.

Went to F1 In Crewe Cheshire. The person in reception could not have been more friendly and helpful. Took time to look at my tyre and offer advice. Such a pleasant change from the usual standard of care. Jean Chinn M.B.E

The tyres weren't ready for my appointment so had to leave the car there 24 hrs.
When I collected it the wheels were covered in grease & dirt.
After I cleaned them I noticed one had some paint scratched off..
Cheap but very poor customer care.

Advert says clutch, but the person who answered seemed completely oblivious to the Website product list. It is absurd to believe that denying what is clearly in plain sight on the advert is denied by the person that answers the phone. deliberately decieving people is kamikazee prublic relations. I hope it was just this Crewe Branch and that training is given to help the customer not "lie" to them

Soon after leaving Liverpool on my drive back to Devon, I discovered that air loss from one of my tyres was due to a nail which I had managed to run over. Being the Saturday of the long weekend all tyre suppliers in the Crewe area were super busy and unable to help, fortunately Mark at Formula One Autocentre empathised with my predicament and managed to fit me in regardless of his busy schedule. Much appreciated, Mark is a credit and asset to his company.

I discovered a flat tyre on my car this morning. I managed to pump it up a bit and drove slowly to my nearest branch at Crewe. They asked if I was booked in and I explained why I wasn't.
They said that they were busy and fully booked and it would be several days until they could do anything. I asked if they could just spare a few minutes to put my spare wheel on and the answer was a straight no.
I left very disappointed and tried another tyre depot. They were also very busy but at least said that if I leave it with them they would put the spare on today when they got chance.
