Did what it said on the tin!
Referred to local branch after an Internet search for air conditioning work. Got an appointment within a few days. Some problems with the work were explained to me as they cropped up, and the technician was pleasant and helpful with advice. Good value for money, decent waiting area - just a pity there's nowhere to get coffee!

This place is a joke
This place is a joke. Lady driver books car in for major service and mot. Says she just bought car and as learner driver she wanted it to be checked to make sure its safe. After the service they do the mot which car fails then ring her to tell her the work needed send her quote for tracking. Wheel balancing and air con re gas plus some welding to cill. She authorises work as believes it is needed for the mot. When I collected car with her and queried this they did not have many answers. Air con did not get done as pipe broken so why quote it. Advisory of perished tyre and worn disks. Surely as she wanted car to be extra safe she would off had this done before air conditioning. Welding is amateur at best no hole cut in cill and weld so panel is flush just put panel over top weld and cover in stone chip basic but enough to pass mot. Had to use there price match too wheel balancing £10 +vat asked man if he believed quik fit were expensive rip off he agreed in the past they were but there price for balancing is only £6.75 so who is rip off price now. This has now been sorted by the company with a part refund on the works done we are happy with this outcome

Amazing, reliable, honest and helpful service!
This is the 3rd time I have used F1 in Fareham.
I took my recently purchased used car for a service because it was running badly.
Not only did they complete the service, they found other critical faults too.
Stuart was very helpful and transparent with what I needed.
100% recommended!

Unbelievably bad service.
Unbelievably bad service.
Booked in for a tyre to be changed this morning, got greeted with "well its not getting done this morning". Had to walk away as no explanation or alternative was offered.
Why not ring me to cancel of it can't be done? Saving my time driving to the centre to be turned away.
Why not have appointment times?
Why not offer an explanation or apology?
Second time I've had really bad service from this centre, obviously my fault for going back a second time.
