I booked a mot on line at a great price communication via email with f1 was first class.mot was carried out in a very professional friendly manner I was politely shown to a comfortable waiting area with tv and facilities while the mot was carried out and presented with my mot certificate and keys on conclusion all in all a very pleasant transaction at a time that can sometimes be stressful I would recommend f1 to all my friends and family

Car came in for a MOT after some time off the road, failed but they kept me fully updated on the process to make the car roadworthy. Can’t fault anything from Andy and his crew.

I took my car to formula one autocentres for it's yearly MOT. I received a call one hour later informing me my car has failed on it's suspension and it needs a considerable amount of work doing to it. They sent me the quote through with the charges totalling £1,392.15, this included a service, which I did not ask for. Along with various other parts I needed etc and new suspension arms which looking at the MOT legal document, it was only 1 part that needed changing. I told the guy I would collect my car and was not paying for this work as it's hardly been drove in the year since the previous MOT and service, so it was hard to believe it needed all that doing. I took it to another garage for a second quote and showed him what I've received from autocentres, he told me it was that ridiculous was the pricing of it, that he went and showed all his staff how much they were charging. Anyway, I got all the works that needed doing on my car, which included an MOT and a service whilst and fixing any issues. This COST £466. To conclude, do NOT use this garage lol.

Why I came here again I don't know ,had a service and mot got a lecture on not using car enough but that went in one ear n out of other,service n mot OK 'BUT' COULDNT ADJUST SEVICE DATE / INTERVAL due to not having correct equipment/ software on my abarth,surely this isn't the 1st abarth the company has done so should know this ,they didn't even tell us they couldn't do it n sent us away with car still with message service required in x days ,I'm now going to have to find another firm to turn this to 365 days at more expense

This was my first visit to Formula one autocentres on Geldard Road Leeds.
I received exceptional service.
I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and was professionally greeted by Mac Immediately my keys were accepted and I was shown to the hospitality room given the remote control for the television and offered a cup of tea meanwhile Andy performed my oil change and oil filter replacement along with other professional safety checks that were include in the service.
I would highly recommend this company and I will visit again for any future service requirements

Went to Geldred Road Leeds branch for a problem with a broken exhaust bracket on an old Renault Clio.The staff Mitch and Mac could not have been more helpful and fitted me in for an exhaust inspection on a very busy Saturday morning with just an hours notice.They quickly identified the problem and replaced a broken bracket which was causing the exhaust to blow.All done with in 30 mins .They were very attentive and really cared even though my car was over 22 years old !!!.I consider the service they provided outstanding !!As a result of this I will use them going forward for any exhaust /tyre or suspension issues .

Mac and the team at Leeds were fabulous! From my first phone call, i was treated like a person not a woman driver, but also given all the right advice and a great price for my new tyres.
I will definatley be back - and a share this business with my friends.

I took my car to formula one for a full service. Formula one did a full service and a couple of repairs.

Did not speak to me in any way that i felt negative. My car felt like it had work done on it from the drive to even the scent in AC. He called me with updates and was understanding even when i turned up a little late. And even ensures not to rush and drive safe. I chose this place because i didnt trust any cowboy to do this.

I have used Formula one Leeds Branch Gelderd road for some time they are excellent, helpful friendly staff. Just not, d my partners car £29.95.

Had been checking prices for 4 tyres since July as had been told Black Friday would offer deals. The Black Friday promotion offered by F1 Autocentres gave me the best price possible for 4x Michelin tyres. There was also a Michelin offer which further reduced the total price.
The centre took car in slightly ahead of my booking which was useful, as I had travelled from a distance away. There was some difficulty removing the wheels due to corrosion however the fitter worked hard to complete the changes. I was kept updated as to the delay and progress which, as a customer service agent myself, I appreciated.

Summary is, great job done at best possible price. Would use again, provided prices are amongst the best available.

All the lads and the manager have been extremely helpful, very reassuring and honest about what needed to be done to the car while explaining it to me in terms that I understand. Couldn't recommend enough!

I have used F1AC before for work on my 2017 Smart ForFour. I booked in for a service and MOT on 15.8.23 at the Leeds branch. Helpful staff and clear pricing and respect demonstrated included calling me with a full quote and breakdown of this over the phone before proceeding with the work which my consent was gained for. Work took a bit longer than originally expected as a part needed ordering but I was reassured my vehicle would be kept safe overnight also. The final bill was the price quoted and this was very reassuring as so often in the motor trade, costs can escalate quickly with little option but to feel you have to pay them. I’d definitely recommend using them again, and I certainly shall be too!
