Absolutely wonderful team at F1, my car failed its MOT and the required part was discontinued, John went above and beyond to get me a compatible part and make sure I was back on the road as soon as possible. I was genuinely touched as it’s not often you get service that goes that extra mile and then some. Thank you so much John and team :)

I opted for the combined service and MOT recently, it wasn't the cheapest but I chose them because they were local and part of a bigger franchise. I have been here previously for tyres and have found them reasonably priced.

My husband dropped the car off and was told it would be ready in a few hours, we got a phone call less than an hour later to say the MOT had been completed and we needed 2 new tyres as they were near the legal limit and it needed balancing which would be an additional cost of £367.
I asked if we didn't have the tyres changed would it fail, was told yes. We said we would fetch the car and take it to another garage that specialises in tyres and bring it back as it was £200 cheaper.

Got to the formula 1 to be told the MOT and service were not yet completed and would be another 4 hours at least.
On enquiry regarding the tyres we were informed, 'he's done you a favour and will put it as an advisory' the tyres were at 2mm, the legal limit being 1.6mm. Totally trying to rip us off.
It passed with no advisories either.

Will not go back, absolute con artists ripping people off

They book you in for the next day. All details taken. You coming next day and waiting like idiot because you not in the system... 2nd time happened to me. Not worth it spending your time here waiting.

Just got a reply from customer support that even if you can get the parts at a quarter!! of there quoted price they will not refund the difference. I have been robbed by this rip off company and submitting evidence to them they have no incentive to treat you with respect, except take you for a literal ride.
Ball joints, and front brakes with MOT £450... HOW THE HELL do they justify this? They want you to go to garages and get writeen quotes within 7 days...

Yeah becuase we love doing that, going from garage to garage and waste there time to write a quote with VAT number.. absolute morons.

Bear in mind they claim the prices for there parts are on a database and can't change it.. They used the SAME!! parts I could of broguth from the online "4less" sites and charged 4 times the price.. do yourself a favour and buy the parts and make the company wait. They care nothing about you and your wallet.

I spent almost £800 with this company between tyres mot service and wheel alignment. But told me I need a new polen filter. I was astonished at the price of £ 61. The filter only cost £14 retail. It only took 2 mins to fit . I got in touch with Kia and they told me it would cost £49. Told this to there head office and the said we will price match. Plus 10 %. They knowing it would cost me a lot more in petrol and time . I've lost all trust In them . They just didn't get the point .I will never use this company again. Please always phone around before using this firm.

I arrived at the garage on time to have two new tyres fitted.
I went into the reception area and told the manager about the very low exhaust on my car. This is an ex-mobility Peugeot Partner Tepee which is designed to carry a Mobility Scooter. The back has a very low exhaust due to the ramp at the back.
I then went outside to watch how the work was progressing.
When the work was finished the mechanic drove the vehicle off the ramp and the exhaust hit the ramp quite hard. I told the mechanic that I had already told the manager about the low exhaust. He checked the exhaust and said that it was scrapped a bit but would be OK.
I then realised that the person that had driven the vehicle onto the ramp would have scrapped it as well.
I have now got a rattle from the exhaust and will have to get it fixed. Thanks for that Mr Mechanic.
I can only assume that either the manager forgot to tell the mechanic or he told him but he didn't pay a lot of attention.
Won't be using this garage again.

Excellent service, efficient and friendly staff. Technician was very knowledgable and explained all aspects of the courtesy four wheel alignment check. Exercised great care in attending to tyre changing and wheel balancing. Torqued wheel bolts correctly too, satisfying my safety. Outstanding!
