Alan was brilliant inspected tyre told me problem and resolution. Tyre repair completed in 30 mins.

Terrible from start to finish. Took 4 days to fix car and then gave it back and wasn’t fixed. In a worse condition and same issue. All in all 5 days to fix my car. Totally unacceptable.
Tony and manager were the so rude, kept lying and lying . No communication skills at all.
Would avoid all costs.
Don’t bother with help from customer services either.

Although I booked a service and MOT at the Orpington base, it was not actually carried out because the MOT person had resigned. What impressed me was the speed at which F1 contacted me about this problem and refunded my money paid. This allowed me to go elsewhere. I would certainly happily try to use F1 again.

I recently took my car in for the break pads to be changed, the staff were courteous, kind, helpful and explained everything step-by-step and they found other issues with the car and did not hesitate in helping me to fix them and they did not try and rip me off!
They were very efficient and extremely professional. I will not use another garage now. I can’t thank them enough and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

First time customer, had a full service and MOT on my BMW 3 series and the service I received was the best I've ever had. I cannot fault them. The customer obviously comes first. Highly recommend to everyone. Spot on.

Great customer service. fixed a minor issue with windscreen washers and passed mot-have had 4 mot's at this garage and every time they have been helpful with any questions I have had and good at time keeping to collect the car. Always polite and friendly. Thank you lads, a credit to your company

I had never been to F1 previously but needed urgent work to correct an MOT failure (MOT garage I used could not schedule the repair). So glad I found F1, the service and communication was excellent and the team went out of their way to fit the work in.
I will be using them for all work and MOTs on our car from here on.

I cannot fault these guys. From the initial phone call to arrange a last-minute MOT and service, to collecting my car. The team were helpful, pleasant and informative. Car runs like a dream too! I would highly recommend. Thank you.

Excellent customer service from Alan, going over and above to guarantee my car was ready, very easy online booking and payment service. Thoroughly recommend.

F1 told me my car's blowing exhaust was down to the catalytic converter, but they couldn't get the part. Another garage showed me the cat was not blowing but the rear exhaust section had come apart from the centre section. They repaired the join and all was well, whereas F1 failed to notice the real fault at all. Would not trust them again.

Excellent service. Booked my car in for a full service. They took my car in early before they even opened. Alan served me....very polite and professional. Called me a few hours later to tell me additional work was required. No pushy sales technique used, just honest opinion. Explained the Interest free option and this was set up through being sent a link....quick and easy. Agreed to have the work carried out and it was turned around just after lunchtime. Arrived and Alan was there with the paperwork and my keys. Very friendly. Gave me all the necessary advice upon leaving. Would highly recommend and will be using them in the future for all car needs.....and also they were more than half the price of my car dealership! Keep up the good work and thank you again.

Had to wait way longer than what was told to me at the time of handing over keys. In the meantime, no contact. I had to go and enquire about what’s happening but no explanation was provided.
New tyre has a pressure of 2.5 bar, way over recommended 2.2 bar. It’s a basic check to see what should be the tyre pressure. It was so late already so I didn’t bother to speak to somebody and spend more time there. I could have got it done somewhere else for cheaper and on time perhaps.

Hi I was price driven, so brilliant price for my new tyres but I have to say the whole experiance at the orpington branch was brilliant so clean so polite and a waiting area that was great and nice and warm I will be going back for sure

Had a great experience. My husband booked it in on line and paid, i dropped car in and was supposed to leave the wheel for a new tyre and when i entered the gentleman said he would do it for me right away. excellent service. also very nice waiting area clean and tidy.
Overall - I will definitely be back for tyres in the future. Over and beyond happy.
