Brilliant service as always. Formula one do all the work on our cars. Went in today with a panic as back tyre had a nail in and was flat and in no time Alan had it sorted for me. 10/10 service and keep up the good work guys and thank you again Alan!!!

VISITED FORMULA 1 ON THE OFF CHANCE RAYLEIGH DEPOT TO TOP UP MY AIR CONDIONING GASES. VERY COURTIOUS AND BOOKED ME IN IMMEDIATELY
UNFORTUNATELY THE REASON MY GAS HAD GONE LOW WAS A LEAK IN THE SYSTEM. THEY REDIRECTED ME TO A REPAIER AND WHEN I ASKED HOW MUCH FOR THIER TIME. I WAS TOLD £0 CANT BEAT THAT THESE DAYS. I SHALL BE RETURNING WITH MY OTHER CAR SOON. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE

The worst garbage experience I've ever had.
I would strongly advise to stay well away from this company.
My engine is noisier now than when I took it in. Court the mechanic red lining my cold turbo diesel to get the coolent up to temperature...

Customer care consist of asking the manager what that think happened and relaying that back to you. Never even came out to see or hear the car. A total waste of time.
Shame on you...

Customer service skills and approach from Alan (Manager) were superb. Required tyre (not in stock) was quickly ordered and then fitted within 24hrs. Very competitive price (saved over 35% from main agent quoted cost) Also provided expert advice and assistance with another (non-tyre) MOT issue. Highly recommended.

Outstanding service and work. Mel along with other staff was extremely courteous and professional. Made an otherwise daunting process very easy and straightforward. Would recommend on how good staff are let alone the great work and care taken with my vehicle.

Had a puncture in my tyre (very low tyre pressure) so took the car to Formula One Rayleigh Rd Eastwood. Spoke to Perry, so helpful and friendly. Couldn’t have wished for a more quick and professional service. I will definitely be using them again

Called in while visiting the area after tyre pressure light suddenly came on - friendly and very professional staff soon checked my car over and resolved the problem.

After failing to get my number plates off of my car (due to very rusty screws) I popped to Halfords Rayleigh 👎🏼👎🏼
So as I was driving home, I thought I’d give these guys a shout.
A young chap called Flynn couldn’t help me enough, he managed to get the stubborn plates off and even fitted my old ones back on.
I cannot sing his praises enough.
Great customer service and really went out of his way to help me.
Would highly recommend 👍🏼
