This was the first time we had been to Formula One Shipley. First class service. staff very polite and efficient. A superb experience and will definitely be going there again.

Went out of there way to help, even stayed late
Brilliant service. Another garage had cross threaded the bolt on my back wheel. The team here managed to undo the nut, fit my new tyres and supplied a new bolt - no extra charge. Went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend.

We visited the Shipley Formula One centre today to have a tyre checked which kept deflating and needed topping up regularly. They confirmed we had a nail in the tyre and it wasn't repairable however, didn't have the tyre we needed in stock. They offered to order it in but then suggested we could try another business who might have one in and gave me the details to ask. The other company did have a tyre in stock and Formula One had my car ready to collect to take to a competitor and did not charge me for their time. Now that's customer service for you!!

Helpful and fixed my problem
Very helpful staff. Diagnosed an issue with one of my Tyre pressure monitors which would have been an MOT fail. Ordered and fitted a replacement at a price that a main dealer would have charged for the diagnostics. Problem solved. Many thanks.
Can fix anything
Called here as my cover under my car that covers the engine had come off.
Didn't think they could put this back on as it was in not a good state.
They did, I'm so impressed by their determination to fix for me.

Air-Con RE-Gas Didn't Happen
I needed a re-gas of my air-con. I rang the company to book an appointment in Shipley. They said it would take 45 minutes and after being growled at by the receptionist booked an appointment for 10:00.
Arriving at 10:00 he asked when the air-con had last been re-gassed. I didn't know so again he growled that it should have been done every two years. Probably have faults he said. It'll take 90 minutes he said.
Don't like being lied to. I left.

Front end wheel alignment failure
Had front end wheel alignment adjusted paid £40. Car went to independent garage for service and MOT three months later and told front end wheel alignment massively out. This did not surprise me has it resonated with the steering wheel misalignment I was experiencing since F1 auto centre did the tracking adjustment.Problem with any of this you have no actual proof other than gut instinct that tells you they didn't do it correctly

Brake problem
I took my car in because of what I thought was an intermittent issue with the brakes
Found it was a potentially dangerous leak from a nipple to the calipers.
Fixed; no charge. I practically had to force a tip on them

Excellent service from the Shipley branch. They sourced a tyre for my car (it wasn't in stock and I needed it ASAP) and fitted it in a very timely manner. Fantastic customer service as always.

I was booked in for new tyres
I was booked in for new tyres. It took 90mins to change them. The next day when driving up the motorway to work, the car didn't feel right at all. I checked the car wheels when I got to work. I immediately noticed that the tyres were not put on properly as advised by manufacturers. The Red dots were not put near the valves. Each tyre had more pressure in than recommended and each wheel had different amounts of pressure. The wheel nuts were not tightened properly either, I had to tighten them properly and luckily enough there is an air pump to sort the PSI out. When I emailed to complain, the rep emailed back to apologise and said to take the car back to rectify the problem. I'd already done so as I had to use the motorway to get home. But surely all this should be done as standard before leaving the garage. I wasn't taking my car back to a garage that let it out in an unsafe state in the first place.

damage to my seats and interior from filthy uniform and no seat or carpet covers
booked my Tesla Model 3 into Shipley centre via Blackcircles.com for 2 new front tyres today and arrived at 3pm as booked.
On arrival, I had a completely unnecessary lecture on my metal tyre valves and how they may have to cut my valves off to fit my tyres. They then took my car and fitted the tyres in reasonable time - the valves seems to be no problem!
When Adam the mechanic who fitted my tyres brought my car back round, it seems he had just plonked himself into my newly valeted white seats in some the filthiest workwear I’ve ever seen both driving into and back out of the garage area, crucially without covering either seats, wheel, carpet or any other parts of the car.
I have attached pictures of the disgraceful state my seats, carpet, doors and sills were left in. I showed the duty manager who advised me to get in touch with customer service and share the pictures. I’ve just paid £170 for a deep clean of my car and the seats and this is entirely unacceptable! There is also heavy marking to the carpet, sills and dirty handprints on the windows and my wrap on the exterior.

Took my car last weekend and one of the rotator is on wrong way around and they have put too much air in the tyres so not really impressed.
