Excellent friendly service
Excellent friendly service - Booked in 4pm for 2xtyres, got there at 3.50pm all done for 4.10pm. Would recommend 👌

St.Helens Branch - Highly Recommend !
I used the St.Helens branch at Atlas Street.
Great experience. Never used before but will certainly do so again.
Booked MOT online for 0830, arrived a little early and the car was straight in and out within the hour.
Staff all really friendly and knowledgeable.
Going to book my service with them for next week !

Booked 2 x tyres on line on a Saturday for fitting Monday at a very good price booking time was 10.30 am all completed by 10.50 am very good service will use again.

I'm not really happy with my experience…
I'm not really happy with my experience at formula 1 autocentre. It was my first visit, but I wouldn't go back. Customer service is important to me, its a sense of trust. I booked an appointment to have new tyres fitted, when arriving they told me I was lucky its not been cancelled. Other customers were getting turned away even though they had appointments. I'd booked a free car check also. When they'd done, they just handed my keys back and didn't actually speak to me. I don't know if they had checked my car. I used the customer toilet which was not pleasant. It does not get cleaned regularly. I would not use them again.

Put my car in for it’s MOT, at 10am, it failed, they done the repairs, my car needed to pass it’s MOT on the same day, had my car back in the afternoon, they disgust any queries I had about the advisories and gave me a quote, to have the work done at a later date.
I found them friendly and helpful.

Excellent service and workmanship
I like that you can book MOTs and repairs online.The service I have received has always been consistent,the staff are knowledgeable and keen to help.I have always found the standard of workmanship excellent.
