Formula One Autocentres - Stirchley Avaliações 

I went to Formula One for two tyres.The manager Lee and his team are brilliant.We would never go to another garage after using Formula One in Stirchley, Birmingham.

So great full to the staff I had a puncture and they were able to help me today I tried everywhere and no one would help but they said come straight down . Just want to say a big thank you guys.

I booked my cars MOT several weeks earlier, I got prompt reminders and clear instructions. When I took my car in, the team were excellent, friendly respectful and very knowledgeable.
When my car failed I got a call and they organised the replacement tyre and fitted without hassle. Well once my locking wheel nut was found :).
I will use again very impressed with the layout and the team approach on site. Thank you!

I tried about four different garages and none of them could undertake a four wheel alignment for my vehicle.
The manager whose first name is Lee, explained the process and it was fixed within an hour. The best part is the alignment is covered by warranty for one year. Simply the best.( vehicle was an Audi A6)

I would like to acknowledge and thank F1Autocentres for the exceptional customer service that I received today. In particular I want to identify Lee at the Birmingham (Stirchley) branch.

I hadn’t used F1Autocentres before and I was drawn to making contact following a Google search for a tyre repair service in my local area. Lee responded to my telephone call almost immediately and I explained that I had a slow leaking tyre. I asked for a replacement tyre price and was quoted £35 cheaper than Kwik Fit for the same tyre type. I asked for the tyre to be examined before a full replacement was purchased and Lee asked me to pop in.

On arrival, I was greeted by Lee on the forecourt and asked to wait in a warm, clean and comfortable customer waiting room. A small screw had damaged the tyre and a safe rubber mushroom repair was offered, to which I gratefully accepted. My expectation was that I was heading for a new tyre at approximately £200.

During my conversation with Lee, he pointed out that F1Autocentres offer a bookable free winter vehicle service check, which compares to £20 with my Kia service centre in Redditch. Lee also advised me of a tip to improve the performance of the window screen blade rubbers.

I left very satisfied and wanted to inform F1Autocentres Head Office of Lee’s excellent service. People are quick to complain, but I believe when good service is delivered in a very natural manner, it should be applauded. I will definitely be using F1Autocentres again and will inform my friends of my good experience.

Failed Mot, explained everything in full detail, fully repaired and back on the road in the time they said it would be, nothing to much trouble really nice place and lovely staff!

Brilliant place clean with exceptionally pleasant staff, bought some tyres price was great tyres were really good quality would recommend to all.Thankyou Stirchley branch.
