I visited the place for a full aervice on the 10th of July 2026. Visit was a bad experience from start to end, i got at the garage at 8.30 in the morning and been told straight away that they need to keep the car for pretty much all day, they phone me at 12.30 that they picked 6 advisories jobs to be done for the car to run smoothly , before i asked they say the prepare a quote of £ 1280 for me , but i asked to stick to the service and don’t do anything else. I have been called at 16.15 that car was ready i got in there been advice to be carefull driving off as some of the jobs need be done urgently. the day after i brought my car to my local garage where i had to pay again for the car to be checked as i was stressing about all this urgent job , after 2 hours of check up my garage called me saying that what Formula One did was trying to push me to do all this job wich one don’t need to be done just for me to pay all this money out, plus they told me the service carries on by this company was not up to standard.
Would not use them again for sure

Took our car to the Warrington branch to be repaired. We were given £1900 worth or repairs and requested payment within 1.5hrs. After payment made, no contact was made to update us. Car was picked up and we was advised 'the car isnt running great so do afew journeys and should be fine but bring it back if not'. The car was booked back in to be returned the following week but since had further issues so I called and was not greeted with the friendliest of approaches. After me chasing this, I was then told that there was 'an oil leak all over the bonnet which has caused the turbo to go and potentially the engine but without taking everything out, they dont know.' Coincidently, work has been done on the oil. After me trying to resolve this, they have made no effort to help me out or take any ownership/acknowledgement of my concerns and now the car is now not running. I have tried to make an official complaint for over a month as unable to contact Head Office through email or phone call. The garage declined to provide me with a manager and said they could contact Head Office for me but I had no phone call back. I eventually spoke to the regional manager last week who was extremely patronising and unhelpful. This issue is still ongoing and has been reported to Trading Standards. Staff do the bare minimum (if that) and do not know how to resolve issues. I would not recommend this garage.

Booked in for new tyre,staff member could'nt move the car,told him what to do and he still could'nt move it,said i'd show him and he just walked away and started having a chat with someone,no interest in doing the job i wanted doing,so i left without having a new tyre fitted.Customer service non existant,won't be using this company again.

From start to finish the customer service was fantastic, tyres sorted and an additional job, the front breaks sorted as well. Good value and good mechanics. A family busyness that came over as welcoming and honest. Well worth a visit.

Just had my MOT completed in Warrington and what a great service. From easy booking online to picking it back up after it had passed. Special shout to Reece who gave some great advice and top workmanship. Would highly recommend

Had 3tyres changed few days ago here (ordered from etyres). Recieved a phone call 20min into the change from reception lady called Jade about some dangerous fault found during vehicle health check. I asked why those faults didn’t show during Mot (done 3,5months ago/ 450 miles done since then) she said they should have come up if mot done properly. Asked for written copy of faults so I can do my reserch. When collecting the car she wasn’t there so spoke to mechanic who I belive worked on the car and recieved a quote for nearly 700£. When I said I can’t afford it they offered the finance option. Came home worried as the issue was explained to me as serious and dangerous and urgent as I could loose control of the stiring wheel. As I drive with the children in the car usually I was angry with Mot place as they never adviced about the issues. So my partner took the car back to Mot garage and explained the situation and they took it seriously and rechecked everything and there is nothing wrong! After googling the issue warning signs I also realised I haven’t had and warning signs which should happen with faulty suspension arms. So dissapointed with F1 autocentre in warrington for cheating this way and trying to get money from me for something which doesn’t need doing and scaring me in the process. Please stay away from the place as they can’t be trusted.

Arrived promptly for a booking at 08:30 for tyre fitting as per my e-mail confirmation. Was told I wasn't booked in. No attempt to help even though I was the only customer. Just told to come back later. Avoid.

Been a customer for 3 years or so and always had great service and prices from all the team and especially recent manager Sean. Called yesterday for mot booking and quoted £44,50 and when I asked for a special price as I had from Sean, was told he's gone and I don't know you so not giving you a special price. I walked away and upon checking today a website order for you is £41.99. Crazy pricing strategy!!!
I have gone back to ATS now and secured the MOT for under £40.
I'll not return to Formula one Warrington.

Hi Had 4 tyres put on my range rover evoque DL15JCV Thursday 08/01/2026 nice and easy, drove home 2 miles came out this morning 09/01/2026 rear tyre totally flat, no problem these things happen, pumped it up, drove to warrington branch where i had them done 24 hours earlier, and was told they couldnt look at it till monday 12 th, i said really, terrible customer service, buy any means, took it to bewsey tyres who put it in water straight away could see it was leaking from the side bead, took it off put the correct amount of sealent on now now leak, shame on you Formula one warrington, thankyou mark sharpe.

Ordered 2 tyres which they supplied at a great price from Dan who fitted them the next day. He also checked the tracking for free which he showed me was out so also adjusted that for me a really great and professional experience for me very impressed will defiantly be going back to the Warrington branch

Purchased Two Tyres from Asda for my X3, I chose F1Autocentre because they were close by and open on Saturdays, I arrived in good time and handed my vehicle over, after approximately 45 Minutes the Fitter informed me that they were unable to fit the new Tyres owing to a problem with the existing valves.
I took it home and made arrangements to take it to ATS, unfortunately a couple of days later on my morning commute the steering wheel started to vibrate, I pulled over thinking I had a deflated tyre and was amazed to find that the near side wheels studs were loose, it appears that they were put on hand tight as off side was fine.

Amazing experience with Sean. Was given rubbish information from another garage, brought it here and they fixed my tyre free of charge.

Dealt with Wayne at Warrington branch - pleasure to deal with a- good value for money - rectified issue that others couldn’t seem to. Can’t recommend enough .

First visit here very quick and efficient service. They all were very helpful and friendly Nigel was fab reassured and explained all to me. Would def recommend.

Picked up a puncture on the M6. Rang ahead and they got us straight in. Got us a new tyre sorted really quick. Really great service. Would definitely recommend

What an amazing experience I have had, they were so helpful, fitted me in when convenient for me, really approachable and took time to explain what the problem was and gave me solutions.
Have used them Many times and will use them again, have also passed them on to friends and family and all have said the same.

Fantastic service at Warrington branch. Great staff, brilliant customer service and great price - what more could you ask for.
Been to this branch twice in 2 weeks and Sean and the team have been fault less, went above and beyond on both occasions. Will definitely use again
