Walmart has been stealing 19.95 a month…
Walmart has been stealing 19.95 a month out of my account. I had ZERO notice. I bought one thing on line over a year ago. I received 2 emails from them, confirmed on what was purchased and notice of delivery. Not a damn thing sayin, we are charging you 19.95 forever. Nothing sayin WTF the 19.95 is for, so, well over 300 $ has been stolen and yall did jack effinshit. I don't even want to give one effin star. I will be closing the account. Glad I am before I put 500th in.

The associates are professional and polite. However, their rates on products are not competitive. My family and I get better deals online.

Online banking is so easy
I use online banking and find it extremely easy to use. On the occasion when I have had to call to speak to a customer representative, they have always been extremely courteous and made sure that all of my questions were answered.

I was not so savvy when I started...
When I first started I was not so comfortable using the website so I call customer services, they answered all my concerns took the time to show me what I needed and now I enjoy the ease of the website, I do not have to guess where I need to go to find what I'm looking for.

When using bill pay the amount should be deducted from registry at the time saved, not when account sent out.

I wish there were more branches…
I wish there were more branches close to me in the Tampa area.
I want to open an account for my child, unfortunately I’m not able to do so as I have to do it on a weekend and the nearest branch is in Kissimmee FL.
So for now an other institution is taking advantage of our financial needs, by providing a very simple not satisfactory service!
For the rest I truly enjoy doing business with FCU.
