I purchased the WWE Summerslam package
I purchased the WWE Summerslam package, which included a t-shirt, and I emailed the fan store asking about my t-shirt. Their response was ( We can not ship the item due to our partner not fulfilling their end of the contract. Number one, I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from the Fan Store ever again, or Fandango for that matter. I do not appreciate being taken advantage of and then being given excuses as to why they can fulfill their end of the contract. I PAID for an item, and all they can do is give me some lame excuse to not deliver. This experience with this site is a huge RED FLAG for me and I will go back to my other movie ticket app, which makes sure that the items they sell are delivered in a timely fashion.
Playback error came up
Playback error came up. There was no help fixing it. The Geek Squad at Best Buy said the problem was on the Fandango end. I passed this info on to them and nothing happened.
Trash company
Trash company. Little compassion for people with disabilities. The membership is a scam. Customer service members are rude. I hate the fact that I did business with them.!!
Fandango at home should have a refund policy
Fandango at home was always a pretty good streaming service until Roku stopped supporting their streaming app now it’s hard pressed to find a streaming stick or unit that will support the fandango at home app so for all these years, they’ve collected money for digital rights to watch movies and they don’t care when you start having problems with their app. There should be a refund policy for all the money I’ve spent with them and getting zero customer service. And I’ll be willing to bet the fine print keeps me from getting any of my money back since I can no longer watch the product I purchased unless I watch it on an iPhone as long as it’s not a Roku player. It would be nice if their technical service knew a workaround for the Roku stick and the customer not having to figure this out for themselves. You can tell that their service department has no clue because when the customer already has tried everything the technical service has come up with and the problem still persist that’s pretty sad technical service which means they are paying probably nothing for the technical service.

If I could give no Stars I would. Bought tickets to a show continued to get alerts straight from Fandango that the show was coming up and fixing to start. The theater was closed did not have the movie showing at that time. We drove an hour round trip to go. Called to get a refund because the refund on the ap wouldn't work. They refunded the tickets but not the service charge. They said they provided service and never refund service charges any reason. Spoke to supervisor. Never again will I use them.

Worst customer service
They have the worst customer service. I waited online for over 30 minutes just to be connected to someone who was extremely rude. Would recommend just buying the tickets through the actual movie theater, and avoid the hassle

I will never use Fandango or purchase gift cards with this company EVER again! Awful customer service. We purchased tickets to a show for myself and my 2 children. A little time after I received a call regarding a family emergency. The tickets were never scanned, never used, because we were at the hospital. I assumed that because the tickets were not used I would be able to use the credit at another time. 2 weeks later, I signed into my account and tried to get tickets to a different movie. I spoke and texted with 2 different representatives. I was finally told that my request would be sent over for review. 2 days later I received an email stating that there was nothing they could do to help. To me this is fraud! My credit card will be calked and I will be putting in a claim!

I purchased tickets online. Never received email link. Unable to log in to my account or get reset link. Contacted customer service through chat. Representative refunded my tickets but kept service fee even though we tried multiple times to get reset link while he was online. This is a terrible movie booking service. He refused to forgo the service fee even though the entire problem was on their end not mine. I will never book through them again!! I could dispute the charge through my credit card company but not worth all the paperwork on my end. I even checked my blocked senders file and they weren't in it. I spent 90 minutes dealing with this. This is an extremely dishonest company.

Zero stars if it was an option. Ridiculous service fee and return policy. I never received my e tickets, yet was still charged on my credit card. Customer service basically told me "too bad". I will never purchase from them again.

I ordered a movie bundle that includes a poster and a collector coin I never got the email to put in my address to receive my poster and coin. I went through circles for 10 days just back and forth with the customer service. I still haven't gotten even the right email to get my stuff and am still fighting with customer service to get my stuff. I'm still receiving the same stupid email that just escalates my inquiry and get sent to the same person that can't help me unless I have the email Fandango never sent

If they can't make adjustments, they need to not mention an exchange.
We missed our movie time and they will…
We missed our movie time and they will not refund or even exchange our unused tickets. Beyond livid. This is not a practice that Cinemark enforces but since the tickets were purchased through fandango who did not disclose this information during the purchase any where I could legibly see, they are keeping my $38.00 and I get nothing in return.
WORST place to purchase tickets
WORST place to purchase tickets. Tickets cost $20 more than from the actual theatre. They are taking advantage of customers and if you try to return the tickets they charge a service fee of almost $9 dollars. They are a scam and need to be shut down.
My Fandango credit wasn't applied
IMy Fandango credit wasn't applied, so I was double charged on my credit card with part of the refund going into their Fandango credit account. I give them a zero. Their help is no help at all
Refused refund. Never redeemed ticket. 2 minutes after showing started
Asked for a refund 2 minutes after showtime. Ticket was never redeemed. Customer support refused any refund or credit. Never heard of. Movie theaters would just refund no questions. Uninstalled app and will just go through the specific theater website in future. This has been a constant issue with my other purchases in the past through fandango. Save the potential headache and Uninstall the app now.

Asked for help w/low audio on at home service. Chat told me to sign out/back in. Did so. Tried movie again, very low volume. Decided to sign out of computer and back in to see if fixed. Went back in and now it says my password is incorrect. Cap lock NOT on. Tried 3x. Same password I'd *just* used twice in the past hour. Clicked "reset password." No response for many minutes. Not in spam. Tried again. No response after 24 hours, not in spam. Responded to email 24 hours ago in which they asked me to send them a clip of the movie (don't know how to do that). I responded TO THAT email directly, which contained a reference #, detailing events above. No answer after 24 hours. Called them directly. No help. Was told password reset is not automated (???!!!) and requires a person to respond and it's a busy weekend. BS. I asked for refund on movies, just purchased yesterday, none watched (first 5 minutes of one movie viewed) since they won't even send me a password reset to get in. They said they cannot refund. Fandango sucks eggs out of birds. Just use someone else. No movie is worth this BS.
NEVER USE PROMO CODES
I used a promo code for a movie and bought an additional ticket for my family. I accidently got tickets for the wrong day. All I wanted to do was change the day to a later day. They told me "no" because I used a promo code. I can't even get my money back for the ticket I purchased. This is a warning to all, NEVER USE PROMO CODES.
The Worst
I paid for two tickets to see Sinners on Thursday, June 26th and was not able to make it due to an emergency. I tried cancelling around the showtime but it wouldn’t work. I contacted customer service after and explained the situation and instead of doing what a good company would do (give a credit at least) they completely dismissed me and said they couldn’t give a refund or credit. Not only that but the quickness with which the agent wrote an entire paragraph explaining that they couldn’t give the credit led me to believe that either the agent was just copying and pasting a script or I was actually talking to ai or a bot. Either way I felt completely disrespected as a customer. I will buy tickets from now from any other company than Fandango. Such a small thing that could have been rectified easily and instead they lost a customer for life.
Fandango engages in theft as a practice.
How are they still in business with so many terrible reviews. I am looking out for a class action to make things right for all of the complaints of theft. Because that is exactly what Fandango engages in daily.
