This is my honest experience with the Fanpro business model, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering it to proceed with caution.
In October 2025, I booked a call with their sales associate Shane. During that call, the opportunity was presented as largely “done-for-you.” I was told the company would build out the system, provide trained social media managers and chatters (described as being based in the Philippines), and that my role would mainly be to manage and pay the team.
I was also given strong expectations around performance, including statements that models could generate significant monthly income in a relatively short period of time. Based on this, I purchased a package of 22 models for $52,000.
After returning from a business trip, I began onboarding and quickly noticed inconsistencies. During a training call, I was told I would need multiple physical phones and was even advised at one point to send them overseas. That immediately raised concerns.
I scheduled a call with the CEO, Tyron. On that call, he told me not to send any phones overseas and indicated that what I described did not align with how the business should operate. He also stated that, based on my understanding of what was sold, a refund might be appropriate. Unfortunately, I did not take that option at the time.
As I continued, more discrepancies became apparent. The promised staffing model did not materialize as I had understood it. Instead of a provided team, I was offered paid services at additional monthly costs. When I tested the system with one model, the results were minimal, and it became clear to me that this was not the turnkey operation I had expected.
When I raised these concerns and requested a refund, I was offered a partial repayment over time rather than a full resolution. This was not acceptable to me given the gap between what I believed I had purchased and what was delivered.
At one point, after continuing to push for a resolution, I received a legal letter accusing me of making threats simply for stating that I would share my experience and potentially report the situation. That was concerning, as I am only describing what occurred from my perspective.
I even attempted to reset the situation and give the business another chance, but the condition presented to me was that I agree not to speak publicly about my experience. That did not sit right with me.
To be clear, this is my personal experience. Others may have different outcomes. However, based on what I went through, I do not believe this business matched the way it was presented during the sales process.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this opportunity to do extensive due diligence, ask very specific questions, and get everything in writing before committing to move forward.
60yo retired, new to all this…
Just turned 60 a few weeks ago, runned a few businesses here and there. Now semi-retired I came across some of the ads for fanpro management and at the start it felt somewhat confusing, but after reading more about them and program/software I understood this had a great potential. Onboarding has been easier than expected. I can appreciate a company that is switched on and it’s on top of things, so far very good experience and look forward to keep expanding my knowledge in the space in order to keep growing and getting results.

clear and to the point
I joined fanpro because I wanted to start my own business in the digital creator space using AI. The onboarding process was smooth, the creation of the models was straight forward. The biggest thing I appreciate is the promptness to requests. When you get started with something you’ve never done before, naturally you always want to ask a lot of questions and being able to have quick replies…this helps a lot because it allowed me to make faster decisions regarding the digital creators I’m now managing. Clear structure and smooth onboarding experience
I joined the program on February 10 with the goal of testing it properly and seeing if I could build between 5–10 models within a short timeframe. My experience so far has been positive. The content is structured in a way that makes it easy to follow, and the steps are explained clearly. I appreciated that the material focuses on implementation rather than unnecessary theory. The onboarding process was smooth, and the initial support I received helped clarify a few questions I had at the beginning. That made it easier to move forward with confidence. Overall, based on my personal experience so far, I’m satisfied with the program and would recommend it to others who are willing to follow the process and put in the work.

Had a hard time starting and managing my own agency, especially when it came to making my 1st paying customers. Thanks to Fanpro Management, I was able to do this when I had failed in other ventures in the past. I’m super selective with educational stuff and the stuff I’m learning + able to do within the software are great. Specially creating 5min+ videos with digital creators, that’s something I’ve not seen anywhere else etc.
Highly recommended.

They are defrauding consumers
I signed a contract for 5 AI models using their "Done For You" approach on Sept 27, 2025 and paid $30,000 at that time. We're almost now 3 months in and my business has yet to make ANY revenue! Be careful of the salesperson. He doesn't really have any idea what is going on with the operations and how this DFY approach works or doesn't work. I've reached out to him a number of times with my concerns and issues and his response is simply "I cannot help you."
I have also reached out to the CEO and he said "I've created a ticket as I don't have time to handle this personally" and that was on 12.10. No response from his team to this date. This is after I waited 5 days just to get his response.
They say to create your AI models' accounts with Fanvue which is a different platform. I created my first account and you have to go through stringent KYC requirements which took about a week or so for the platform to complete. You need Fanvue to make the account a creator account so that you can monetize this business. You then need to accumulate $50 in the account before you can make a USD withdrawal. That process took almost 2 weeks to complete which I was able to do.
HOWEVER, then the FanPro training says you need to have your other AI models accounts "linked" to this first one. I reached out to Fanvue to do this and my 1st account, which took 3 weeks to get to this point, was banned without any explanation. The account is locked, I'm not able to access it, and also not able to access the money in the account. WTF? What if this is really a good business and I had $10,000 in the account? Fanvue can just ban it and take the money?? I've reached out to Fanvue support but you can only email them and I keep getting the same response which is to try and create a case so that they can look into it. That takes another 10-15 business days.
I should have known this was too good to be true. FanPro MGMT may be trying to become a real enterprise but they're nowhere near that. I think it's a few guys taking people's money and then using cheap off-shore labor at $3-4/hour to "look" like an enterprise that has business process and knows how to setup its licensees for success.
I'd suggest not getting into this business until it's able to work through some major process and support issues for its licensees.

I’ve worked with multiple agencies over the past few years, mainly in the online business / info space.
Biggest issue before this: You pay, get promises, then you’re stuck chasing updates or dealing with inconsistent delivery.
With this program, the main difference is structure.
Everything feels systemized. Clear onboarding, clear expectations, and deliverables actually get done without constant follow- up. That alone saves a lot of time and mental bandwidth. Support is responsive. Not just “we’ll look into it” but actual updates and fixes when something needs adjusting.
Not perfect, still room for more customization depending on niche or angle, but you can tell it’s evolving and improving. Overall, solid experience if you’re looking for something reliable instead of guessing every week.

After reading some of the stuff on Reddit and TP I was a little skeptical about joining. But I’m glad I feel I made the right choice as I have made some fast progress with all the digital creators we’ve selected. The customisation of the creators is great, I own a few other businesses brick and mortar so wanted to get into this space before passing on the AI gold rush. Staff communicate well, and it’s all very clear. Had a good onboarding and positive experience

FanPro are a Scam
I have never dealt with a more unprofessional business in my life.
I paid $30k in July 2025 for 6 ai models and a done for you process to be built for me. I was told this would be a 4 week turn around process and everything would be set up for me.
It is now end of January and still not completed. I have had to do 90% of the work and every time I asked to speak to a business manager or the CEO (Tryone James) I was given nothing but excuses.
It says in the contract that they offer a full refund if you are not satisfied with the results and that also is a lie as they have now blocked me on all the platforms and are refusing me any refund or talking to me to rectify this situation.
If you are thinking of joining this company run fast and dont think twice.

Purchased 10 DFY (Do It For You) models September 2025. I followed the directions in training to the tee. Accounts fully "warmed up". In November 2025 they hired my Social Media Manager. Since then my 10 IG account models are not growing after 2+ months of SMM content creation and posting activity. I noticed the Modules 2.1 - 2.5 have completely changed since September 2025 when I began. I view the modules and they are suggesting that my models have been setup incorrectly which would explain the next to zero growth. Their Standard Operating Procedures do not work.
This was a complete scam
This was a complete scam, it’s hard to even come up how horrible of experience this has been and losing 30k. If you’re reading this and have not given this man your money run as fast as you can. This was my first time being scammed at this scale and it hurts. This company offers nothing you can’t do on your own!!

I am a client of FanPro Management. I started their program 6 months ago and to date am down nearly 6 figures between their fees and my own internal costs. This has been the worst business experience of my entire life.
I absolutely do NOT recommend. Nothing they say works, my accounts get banned, I dont grow, my VAs are terrible, the list goes on and on and on.
I am in the class action thread in reddit right now. For anyone else who has been harmed, go there and join. I want my money back!!

I Lost 50k To The Worst Business Experience Of My Life...
Where do I start... I joined FanPro in June under the impression that I was buying a professional, fully done-for-you system. I was told I didn’t need to be technical, that basically everything would be handled by their team, and a team of VAs that they would hire for me, and that I’d be up and running fast. That could not have been further from what I actually experienced.
The setup process was an absolute nightmare. It took almost four months just to get something barely functioning. VAs kept quitting, VA's were clearly untrained and just random hires. I even had to pull one of my office staff off his job just to help sort out the mess because nothing worked the way they said it would. He ended up having to deal with the offshore social media “experts” FanPro hired on my behalf because the system was constantly breaking. If it wasn't clear, I'm being sarcastic. The VAs were not social media experts, they were from south east asia, and they could hardly speak a lick of English
The AI models they provided were average at best — tons of faults, constant inconsistencies, and we had to manually fix so many issues ourselves. We kept getting thrown off platforms, nothing stayed live, and everything felt duct-taped together. The training was terrible and outdated, I honestly found better information on Youtube of all places... After four full months of running it, easily 500+ hours sunk into it from myself, on this so called "hands off business" we had only managed a $1,000 in earnings. Yes — one thousand dollars, after putting in more than 50k.
And dealing with Tyron… I don’t even know where to begin. In all my years of business, I’ve never interacted with someone so rude, slow to reply, arrogant, and dismissive. Any time I asked for clarification or help from him, on the rare time he DID respond, he’d respond like I was bothering him. His team of experts at fanpro were no help either. Eventually he flat-out ignored me. When I finally requested a refund, he BLOCKED me... or at least it seems that way because I havn't heard back from him since.
In total, between the exorbitant license fee for practically nothing and information which is better on YouTube, and all the extra business expenses and trying to fix their broken systems, I’m out close to $50,000. Completely gone.
This has been the single worst experience I’ve ever had with any company — delays, broken promises, terrible delivery, awful support, and a founder who treats paying customers like an annoyance.
My personal review: Do not go anywhere near FanPro Management. Please learn from what happened to me.

A FanPro agency ruined my OF account…
A FanPro agency ruined my OF account and livelihood. I was running it myself making about a 15k a month, happy as anything. After working with a fan pro agency who said they would double it… my life changed. They got my social accounts blocked, and spammed all my fans. I had 300 fans and now I’m left with like 25 as they knew I got managed and now I’m barely making 3k a month. This was my livelihood and I don’t know what to do. Do not work with fan pro they will ruin your life.

Working with FanPro is easy and profitable
My experience so far with FanPro has been great. I wasn’t familiar with the industry, but after learning about the process, it seemed like a no-brainer. The onboarding has been smooth and the models turned out so realistic. It does take a while for the accounts to ramp up, which they did tell me at the beginning. I’m 2 months in and already seeing tons of sales and building up some momentum!

Joining Fanpro was the worse decision…join my class action
Joining Fanpro was one of the most disappointing decisions I’ve ever made. I invested $85,000 — my entire savings — because I was told it would be a reliable side business that could support my family. I have a sick child, so this decision wasn’t taken lightly.
The salesperson was extremely convincing and had answers for everything. The program was presented as simple, structured, and highly profitable if I followed the system. I followed every step exactly as instructed — hired the recommended people, joined the meetings, watched the training videos, and completed every part of the setup.
Once I started asking questions and raising concerns about the lack of results, the support I was promised suddenly disappeared. Communication dropped off, and my messages were ignored. The “systems” they told me to follow simply didn’t work for me, despite doing everything they told me to do.
Today, I’m left with an empty bank account and no functioning business.
I’m sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision and hopefully avoid what I went through. I’m currently speaking with lawyers about a potential claim. If anyone else has experienced similar issues and is considering a class action, please reach out.

I had a very negative experience with FanPro Management Pty Ltd.
They promised fast results and business setup assistance, but none of the promises were delivered. Communication was poor, and my inquiries went unanswered. I invested months into their program and lost money (15k + $2k set up), with no value received or support provided.
One major issue started on my very first day. The AI program could not provide any NSFW content with my Japanese AI model, as requested. Instead, it always generated a Spanish girl—even when I tried to correct it. This problem was never fixed, which made the whole process frustrating.
On top of that, the monthly cost for their AI program is the most expensive I’ve ever seen at $199.00/month. For the high price, I expected quality and reliable results, but unfortunately, I did not get that at all.
I followed everything exactly by the playbook they provided: I posted 20 posts a day and did all my social media as instructed. Even with all this work, I still did not make any money. The strategy and tools simply did not deliver.
I sent in my termination letter and waited 4 days—no response at all. After I filed a chargeback through my credit card and bank, 2 days later my AI model account got hacked and my Instagram password was changed. This caused even more issues and headaches.
Based on my experience, I advise others to be cautious and do thorough research before engaging with this company.
