Ordered over the phone as I needed to check a few things about the parts required. Excellent service from parts department. My only issue is that there were no grease nipples included on the hub. Farm Tech ought to remedy this. We had an unnecessary breakdown due to this.

Purchased online parts for my Winton SB. Arrived safely with some invaluable advice on how to fit them

I ordered the wrong mower blades for a colleague. HIS fault (wrong description) so I then sent a photo to Farm Tech of the blades needed. They all at Farm Tech (Terry in particular) were amazingly helpful and pleasant on the phone. Three correct blades which I paid for were sent and they arrived the next day. I returned the incorrect blades and received the credit in two working days. It is not possible for things to be easier for a layman (me) or quicker.
