This company is not what they are advertising they are not UK completely false (Catfish) a CHINA company

I bought 2 shirts from them as the say Fashion Street Manchester. NO THEY ARE NOT!! They are in China.
My Large shirt was so large it was like a tent on me and Their response, it will cost over £50 to return, so DONT.

Nothing I could say about this companies service would adequately describe their level of incompetance. The customer service is non existence just proffesional Bull Shitters. Over 20 emails trying to discover where my order was , when it would arrive received nothing but platitudes. It took 10 weeks to receive my order, which did not resemble the goods advertised - they did not fit and were of the poorest quality imaginable, at least 2 sizes too small. I urge any one considering ordering from this company not to. You will be wasting your money!

If I could give this company a zero I would.received a T-shirt I brought for my husband was not cheap.The quality is so poor looks nothing like the pictures infact SHEIN has better quality clothing than this website.The item does not even have a label init.
SCAM company avoid at all cost as wish I read the reviews before ordering.

Scam company, they say they are in Manchester, they're not, you guessed it, China.
Never received item and tracking link never changes.
No doubt I'll get the standard reply from them on here and nothing will change.

Update, the shirt if you can call it that finally came....well, what a load of rubbish, material is more like a football shirt and it looks nothing like the advertised picture, no labels in it and no logo so not a Hugo shirt. The shape of the shirt looks like it was drawn flat by a child, absolute joke.

Never order from them. Quality is disappointing and the returns procedure is far too expensive and not straightforward.

Checked out their company name Nova Techo Limited at Companies House - it was dissolved last year! Nuf said! Don’t touch them with a barge pole…

Tried to return but advised it had to go back to china at a cost of around £50,

I ordered a burgandy Boss polo shirt and espadrilles. I contacted the company twice asking where my goods were ,which is got a standard reply saying their coming soon.
On receipt of the package the polo shirt had no emblem and the labels were missing.The espadrilles were cheap and nasty looking.To be honest the goods were rubbish and not cheap I paid £78.90.
Ive asked for a refund to be told they would give me a 20% discount of my next order( which is a joke ) to which i replied im not interested in purchasing any more goods from them.I received another email stating I'd need to follow their policy to get a refund. They appear to be dragging their feet and reluctant to give a refund.

I ordered a man's light blue striped shirt in medium size. After 3 weeks I received a child size shirt in the wrong colour, very poor quality, with all the manufacturer labels cut off, sent to me in a bit of plastic bag. Their website looks great but is all lies. I tried to return it but was told it will cost £50 to courier it to CHINA. Their refund policy online is total lies. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It's a total rip-off.

Just received Denim shirt ordered 3 weeks ago. Nothing like advertised, very cheap thin material and put straight in bin. Buyers please be aware this company is a total con and they will carry on cheating people while they can get away with it.

Yep, I’ve fallen for it and been done too!! I’m usually pretty alive to these kind of things but I got caught here. Alarm bells were ringing when nearly 3 weeks since ordering, nothing had turned up. I contacted Fashion Street ‘customer services’ to see what was going on and I had a sensible and friendly reply assuring me all was well and my order was on its way. I still wasn’t sure so I looked up reviews for the company and then realised I was going to be another victim as every review said the same thing. I went back to the lady I was corresponding with at their ‘customer services’ and made reference to the reviews I’d read and the fact that people were saying they never received what they expected to receive and that the site is a con. That was unsurprisingly brushed over.

MAKE NO MISTAKE ABOUT IT THIS IS A SCAM AND A CON, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

My garment is nothing more than a rag, complete rubbish and certainly not the Hugo Boss polo shirt I thought it was. Apparently to send this back it’ll potentially cost me £50 so I guess the £40 the ‘top’ cost me, what’s the point. Apparently there are ways you can report this and claim a refund via your card provider so I will be looking into that straight away.

I did some research on this 'business' The contact number on the website is a Dutch mobile number; The parent company calls itself Nova Techo Ltd, which is not a real company and not registered at companies house and the website has a Paypal logo, but they do not offer Paypal as a payment option. Not trustworthy

You will NOT get what you have ordered and you will have extreme difficulty returning as cost of return is over £50 !

This firm is full of crap, dodgy,unreliable ,cheating its customers ,doesn’t show any information about return ,and when I asked for it I order to return the au full shorts poorest quality that came from China at 25 pounds each ,they didn’t give ,I sent them to their London address ,and when I asked for refund ! They claimed I had to send it back to China !!!

How I wish I had searched the reviews first. Absolute bunch of crooks - ordered a pair of size 32 linen shorts and they eventually arrived and measure 38 inches. To send them back with customs tax will cost more than I paid and unlikely I will get a refund. Like others AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I'm afraid I'm another one to fall for this scam. I ordered a so-called "Hugo" polo shirt - when my parcel finally arrived it was a cheap, nasty nylon/polyester shirt that looked nothing like the picture, with labels cut out. I contacted them about a refund, and they tried the offer of a discount for more shopping (as if Id fall for that now) then suggested it could cost £50 to return to China - although their policy says they will refund return costs if the order is incorrect. They seem unable and unwilling to accept that what they sent me is in no way what I actually ordered
On further investigation the photos of clothing on their site seem copied and photoshopped and they seem to be doing the same as Spraykis and TheStreetwearhub - and all 3 websites appear at the top of the sponsored links when doing a google search
The business model is to "sell" based on images from elsewhere on the internet and send any old rubbish to the customer. Presumably profitable but unethical and basically a scam
I'll be contacting my bank for chargeback via Visa - fingers crossed

Update 7 August - Barclays have refunded me the full £39.95 - suggest you do the same if you are sent cheap rubbish nothing like your ordered

The clothing they have advertised is false I paid £70 for 2 tee-shirts and threw them in the bin I wouldn’t of insulted anyone by giving them a way, return policy is bullshit as it would of cost £50 to return Do not Buy anything from here total rip off

To be honest 1 star is 10 to many.Bought 2 Hugo polo shirts the same, just different colours,one black one grey."What" took 15days to turn up one plain thin black,one of the lightest blues known to man.Totally different shirts even had a zip on one 🤔.DO NOT USE THIS CHINESE COMPANY YOU BEEN WARNED.Off now to get my money back thieving tw##s.😤😤
