This is simply the best charger. Having recently been let down badly by a competitors unit that only lasted a couple of years and being told no support was available Fast Amps stepped in and helped by recommending a fitter and product that was suitable for my needs, in modern times this level of service is very rare. If you are looking for a charger why would you go anywhere else.

Fastamps have been incredible. The explanation given pre sale for someone who is new to electric vehicle charging is second to none. Post sale we had one issue but that was a user error on my part nevertheless they were on hand immediately to help. Competitively priced unit, no fancy gizmos, just the key features you need from a car charger. They’re local too which is a bonus.

I've had the Fast Amps Alpha7 Untethered charger installed for just over a month now and I wanted to use the product for a while before I wrote a review.

Firstly, I cannot fault Fast Amps after sales customer service, I reached with a few questions I had regarding the charger. I was contacted almost immediately by Edd who answered the questions, and I genuinely feel like Edd went out of the way to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the charger.

The charger itself is really good, looks well made and works as advertised.

The mobile app (I use the Android version) is OK, it's quite straight forward to setup scheduled charging, disable the charger when not in use and monitor power usage etc. The only minor gripe I have is that the Bluetooth range isn't that good, I have to be quite close to the unit to configure it. This isn't a problem once the charger is setup and schedules have been set. However if I want to monitor power usage or tweak anything I do have to go and stand near the charger.

Overall I am extremely happy with the charger, it looks good, works as advertised and Fast Amps customer service is excellent. I would happily recommend the Aplha7 to anyone looking for a reasonably priced EV charger.

Great Ev Charger, super easy to install with its simplistic design.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I needed help earlier in the day on my first day of use and was helped immediately. Later on after closing time I received a call to offer further advice on timer settings. I was then micro coached on how to set for my MG4 to control the current. Truly wonderful customer service. Brilliant!!!!!

Edd @ Fastamps is one of the most helpful person and knowledgeable person I have ever met!
Fastamps were very helpful in organising a site survey forn the installation, and the supply of the charger was next day. Utmost impressed.
The Charger it self is of very high quality. And the companion app is simple to understand. We had a slight issue in that the electrician installed it to supply at a lower charge rate, however, the team at Fastamps helped guide the electrician to arrange a simple correction in the installation.
If I could recommend anything, that would be the addition of WiFi to enable connect remotely to see charging status and disable the charger if I forgot to disable the charger using Bluetooth.

We usually install these unit in under 2 hours and because it so straightforward it keeps the cost down for my customers.
