Fortunately, I live in Phoenix and their office is not far from my home. I drop my supplies off in person and get immediate payment with no possibility of damage during shipping. I noted some of these other comments about damages and suspicions that Fast Cash actually purposely damaged the packaging/items to scam people. I do not think this is a legitimate complaint because I just experienced two outrageously damaged packages that I received from online merchants. The UPS package actually looked like it had been run over with a truck. I just don't see Fast Cash or any other diabetic supply buyer doing this on purpose now--I've seen firsthand how carelessly things are handled by all of the carriers.

I been using Fast Cash Strips now for like 2 ears or so without any issues with Fast Cash. The only real issues have been with the post office handling my packages why some things do get damage in the shipping process. What I found to help I advised people if you ship something that has more than 4 items, I select mail yourself and pay postage and get insurance, then something happens it covered by US post office. I had great service with Fast Cash Strips.

I shipped boxes in good condition and wrapped up good for protection. They sent pics that had damage that included rips and opened ends that was not the boxes sent to this company. They send fake damage photos to cut payment and scam customers. Other reviews seem to have the same issue. 2momsbuyteststrips and diabetic exchange are very honest and do not scam their customers. I will continue doing business with them. BEWARE!!!!

Horrible customer service. Do not send your supplies to them. There are other reputable cash back services out there. Lesson learned!

They dont pay what they say. I sent in my product and they short pay me by half.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience!!! I sent in $720 worth they were supposed to pay me and only got $300 because of "damaged" boxes.... it's the pharmacy paper from the prescription!!! This isn't damaged to the boxes!! I bet you ANYTHING they kept them and sell them!!!! They need to mail them back to me!!!!!!

Do not sale to these people!!! They claim packages are damaged when they are not!! Sent me the same picture of a damaged box 3 different orders. They kept $306 of my quote then when I call they blocked my number!! I am contacting the better business bureau against these thieves ! This has happened to me for several orders now! Please do not use them!!!

If I ever have an issue, they help me work it out. They pay fast and they actually do pay. They also do online giveaways and that is paid immediately. They are great well recommend 10 out of 10.

Fast cash for test strips is one of the better companies out there buying unused diabetic supplies I’ve had no problems with them. They have always paid me what they quoted except one time which was this last time they quoted me $220 I got $185 only because the boxes we’re damaged, II didn’t pack them well I didn’t put any packing package stuff. I just put them in the box and anyway two boxes were damaged. They still paid me $185 instead of 220. It’s a great company they took pictures of the damaged l boxes and sent pictures of the damage boxes to me. I love them !!! there a good company it was my fault and you know I got deducted a little bit of money that’s all. I appreciate them very much and I suggest anybody that has too many diabetic supplies and needs to sell them go through them they’ll give you the best price. One of the highest prices actually the industry.

I was quoted $114 and delivered $48. The boxes were all unopened and undamaged and had expiration dates 3 years later.
While I had taken the label off of one box before reading to leave the labels on, I had only markered out personal information on the other 3, which the site said was fine. They paid less than half of the quote.

Their business is scam. They offer about 5% higher price than other vendors. However, they would claim that 50% of your orders came damaged and wouldn't pay for it. They send completely bogus pictures back, showing damage to the inside of the box, without even caring to show damage to outside and deny payment. Avoid them like a plaque. Use twomomsbuyingteststrips, they have same or higher prices and they don't steal.

This lady sends me an email stating my boxes came in damaged, she proceeds to send pictures of the boxes with huge ceases and rips on them. Tell me how a box gets ripped during shipping when there's no where to even get to the boxes until you open the box itself. I have had no problems with any other buyers. I use 2 mom's sell test strips. They are A1 and always honest but this lady claims my stuff arrived damaged.

I've sent the same package to 2 mom's with no problems. Never a crease never a ding or rip, never any discrepancies. I didn't use them this time because they had an excessive amount of the items I was selling so they didn't need stock right now. I know how to pack a box. A monkey could do it. I think she did this herself to deduct from my total.

She sends me an email stating she is taking 25% off each box (2 boxes of dexcom g6 receivers) and proceeds to take 50% instead without any update to me. So rather than get $150 each box I get 75$. My total should have been close to 400 but she was a stickler and added an extra 25% to the already low price she decided was fair.

Who's to say she didn't damage them herself because the box was exactly how I shipped it and it was packed by a postal employee who's been doing her job for over 25 years. This woman is a con artist who steals from her customers. Bet she drives a real nice car with all the extra money she's making off her lies.

I had a Dexcom 7 transmitter was told they would take it send me $75. I sent it to them an unopened, clean outside box. I got an email telling me they wouldn't be sending me money because the outside box had a ink spot on it. That was a lie. I asked for the transmitter be sent back to me. I haven't heard back from them it been over a month. I will never ever do business with them. Thieves and liars.

They are robbers and thieves. They steal from you, tell you your boxes are damaged when you know for a fact not one is damaged or stained, and they keep the product and resell it. I, too, take pictures when they are packed. They are the lost of the low....do not deal with them, don't waste your time, they have done this twice to me, they won't be allowed to do it again. I will be sending a complaint to BBB and anyone else who will listen. Thieves is all I can say, and scammers lowest of the low

They will purposely damage your products no matter how well you package them. They have ripped me off 2x already

I have been selling test strips for several years and only used Fast Cash Strips because I had few issues until today. I ALWAYS take pics of what I’m selling and package them with tissue paper to avoid any damage from the USPS. I sent a box that contained five boxes of strips. I photograph each box, serial number and expiration date as I am aware these guys as well as others look for reasons to reject stuff that they then refuse to pay for and they probably turn around and sell them anyway. They shorted me $50 for two boxes and a bonus code. Problems with these thieves started about a year ago and finally showed their BS today. They will steal your strips to keep from paying you and won’t return what they claim as damage. They unpack and touch what you are selling without gloves which can cause damages then they blame you or the post office. Other companies are available so save yourself headaches and worry from this den of thieves. Find yourself a company that is honest and pays what they owe. Run from Fast Cash Strips before the Arizona Attorney General's Office shuts them down or sends them to jail.

Found several reasons not to pay the promised price. BEWARE. They might have dinged them themselves as I sent them in a sturdy box with bubble wrap. Failed to pay me for a $60 item due to a tiny spot that wasn't there when I sent the items. Will NOT be using this company again. Rip off!!

I sent 300 strips to them. Some how the box got wet. Now their saying 2 of the boxes were messed up and won't give me my payment for two of them. How is that my fault? Now I'm only getting $32 instead of $96. This is not fair? So what do they do with the 2 that they claimed were messed up? I feel like I was robbed. Never will I do business with them again.
