I got a Dodge Charger last week and just returned it yesterday, all was perfect, they delivered it on time, the car was amazing, and the driver who delivered the car was so polite, I'll definitely use it again

FASTER RENT A CAR Dubai Very unprofessional company and a complete waste of time.

I was in contact with them for almost a week regarding renting 2 cars for a short photoshoot (2–3 hours). From the beginning, I clearly explained my needs, and instead of giving a clear answer, they kept delaying, saying they would “check with the manager” again and again.

Their website shows a daily price, but they never clearly state upfront that there is a mandatory minimum of 2 days for certain cars. This was only revealed later, after long discussions — very misleading.

They also kept changing conditions: first daily rental, then minimum 2 days, then adding driver fees, then suddenly offering a completely different hourly price that makes no sense compared to the daily rate.

After all this time wasted, they offered 800 AED for just 3 hours per car — while a full day is cheaper. This pricing is inconsistent and feels dishonest.

Communication is slow, unclear, and not transparent. They keep you waiting without real answers.

Definitely not recommended if you value your time or expect professional service.

I have a very bad experience with that company. I’ll get rental car from this company and when he give me the car they have a lot of issue and I have all the photo and when you are return the car doesn’t have any issue. and I am asked for written my deposit back he is playing with me. He told me 21 days you have to wait and after that he make another issue and he doesn’t want written my money back. I would recommend this company like scam.

I’m not someone who writes reviews often. Usually, reviews are written when people are frustrated or asked to leave one, but I feel it’s only fair to share this to inform others.

Unfortunately, this is not a company I would recommend renting a car from. I could list several reasons, but to summarise: although the cars are modified and look appealing, they are old, have an unpleasant smell, and are expensive compared to what’s available elsewhere.

They require a deposit, and despite being told it would be returned within 21 days, I still haven’t received mine after 45 days. I’ve tried to follow up, but I’m no longer receiving any responses and it appears my number may have been blocked.

I won’t mention other companies I’ve rented from, as I don’t want this to come across as advertising. I’ll simply say this: do yourself a favour, avoid this company, and consider other options instead.

It was good, everything was smooth, clean cars and professional stuff

Booked a car for 48h.
Vehicle was changed last minute to a larger model than requested.
Used the car for ~2 hours only.

Later charged AED 2,000 for a scratch, with no clear proof, no cost breakdown, and no response from management despite repeated follow-ups and promises to escalate.

Paid to move on, but would not trust this company due to lack of professionalism and transparency.

I booked a Lexus LC500 V8 through FasterCar’s website. When I received the car, it turned out to be the LC500h (V6 hybrid), not what was advertised and not what I ordered. I immediately showed them screenshots proving the website clearly stated V8.

Instead of fixing their mistake, they denied responsibility, claimed it was “the same car,” and only offered a vague promise of a future discount, which they never actually gave. To make things worse, the website description was later changed, and I was then asked to provide proof again.

No accountability, no compensation, and very poor customer service. Misleading advertising and unprofessional handling. I would not recommend this company.

Never rent car from this company. If you do, please make sure you get proper documents from them duly signed when you handover the car to them. I rented a car and months later they contacted me to pay for a damage that was not there when i handed over the car to them. They just need to get more money from you.

Never renting car from them anymore

During my trip to Dubai during Eid al-Adha, I rented a Nissan Patrol from these guys. It was modified inside and out, with very unique black and turquoise colors.
Honestly, this SUV turns more heads than a Cullinan or a Urus!
If you wish to grab attention, go to them.

A poorly managed company confirmed my car booking a month in advance, assuring me that everything was in order. However, just ten hours before my trip, they informed me that the reserved vehicle was unavailable and offered only one alternative—an extremely subpar car.

Well as expected with this terrible company, I’m now fighting to secure my deposit and return of funds.

They add extra charges, that are not correct. They say they will send you detailed information and never do.
Do NOT deal with anyone in this organisation. There are completely untrustworthy.

Absolutely terrible company and staff. Dima was so untrustworthy. Constantly trying to get more money out of you. Communication is just useless. They don’t deliver and uplift the car when they say they will. Hours late.
On return of the car they charge for non existent damage. Avoid at all costs.
