The only thing fast is they take your money immediately. Only post lying reviews. Ordered July 3rd nothing yet on July 9th. Could have walked the masks the 103 miles between Sarasota and Brooksville. There isn't a single negative review. HMMM smells bad.

I had high hopes when I purchased a Magic Teeth brace in September. The processing and shipping from China was faster than expected, less than 3 weeks! However, Customer Service was half-assed, with no follow-through because I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER! All I know is that it was delivered to another person, I assume at another address, by Redpack Delivery in Mexico City.
I reported this to fastshipstore.com & Leite Industries, and they seemed cooperative, at first. But, I could tell they were dubious and, when I asked to see the delivery confirmation to verify my address, I got NO REPLY from either company!
I was offered a replacement but only if I paid $5 more. I asked if the shipment was insured, then counter offered $2.50 as a compromise (after all, I had already paid $14.99) but I never heard from anyone again. It makes me wonder if I ever would have gotten the replacement brace if I paid the $5 ...
Maybe I dodged a bullet, I don't know. But the end result is, I'm out $14.99! Very disappointing

I ordered in October, it is now January. I have requested a refund for non-delivery 4 times. The order finally came in December and the quality was very cheap, looked like fake hard plastic teeth with sharp edges that would dig into your gums. I returned them requesting a full refund. A month later and still no refund. I sent a 5th email requesting a refund or I am reporting them as a scam.

I have been trying to get a refund for some 5 months under 14 day money back guarantee, I have sent them back and no they have received them as they signed for them. You email them and you get a response in 2 minutes why can’t they reply with with a solution as quick.
All I can say is they are making a lot of money from people who pay and return goods to them it a big scam for hard working people.

Terrible product and horrible service, it took almost 2 months before the magic tooth arrived supposedly delivery in 2 weeks, and the product is absolutely rabbish! Can't use it doesn't fit it looks you are in the cartoon character when you use it! Bye bye £29 for the rubbish item and customer service don't communicate! It is 100% crap!

First of all, shipping was supposed to be 12-27 days. It took 50. The product is useless, I could kick myself for falling for this. I was desperate since I lost a front tooth.They are actually located in China so you are at their mercy after you place the order.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! Ordered two scarves, received one. Contacted them for refund as the one I received was nothing like the advertisement. They offered a code to order something else. I accepted. Code does not work & I'm stuck with the one I did receive which is not even worthy of gifting or wearing.
They do not respond. THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM!

For everyone that has been totally ripped off by these fake teeth, snaponsmile...report them to your state consumer affairs dept....I just did...it is a free service and they will mail you a form to fill out and mail it back with any pictures , and evidence of all the bad reviews....you dial 311 and they will switch you to a representative from consumer affairs...every state in the nation has one... this is pure evil to sell fake crap to hard working people and get away with it......this place I got it from is in china... fastship is the supposed company.....call your credit card companies or other to file a complaint to get a refund... I'm 65 and I'll be dammed if some company gonna RIP me off like that.. I wore better teeth on Halloween as a kid....these things are for a horses mouth...are they serious???? ...

I had a bad experience with them. After reading the reviews on their website that were all positive I decided to order the Magic Brace Teeth. Then on the same day, I read other reviews on another website and this time the reviews were all negative. I really got surprised and contacted them and canceled my order. I first checked whether it was posted and since it wasn't i decided to write to them to cancel the order. But today a mth later I was surprised to receive the Item. I was even more surprised to find that the Magic Teeth is just some plastic which doesn't even fit. I would call it Rubbish. I don't understand how the company is able to swindle people. It is not serious and the website should be closed. I HOPE THAT PEOPLE CAN SEE THIS REVIEW SO THAT THEY DON'T ORDER MAGIC BRACE TEETH from them

Absolutely rubbish product thought I was buying this from the states not China. No instructions were in the package.
Impossible to get in touch with this company for a refund department of trade should investigate them fine them heavily.
How many unassuming people have been been ripped off by these crooks. Don't deal with company for anything they will take your money and send you crap products or nothing at all. We all work hard for our money and its criminal for companies to RIP honest hardworking people off.

Dont buy nothing from them it doesn't turn up and u pay for 3 dat postage still waiting over a month. The teeth thing is rubbish cant even put it in mouth

I ordered the snap on smile. It cost me $32z I know I was stupid! But heck, I wanted to give it a try. Bad idea! Poor quality, very far from advertisement. Deceiving marketing! And their website refuses refund. If ever they allow you, you have to pay to ship to China! Just lost my money. Wish I just donated it to Church.

Thieves NOTHING but thieves!!!!!!! Never got a confirmation email of my purchase until after I sent an email to complain..... them I got an email saying purchase confirmed & even got a tracking #..... for a minute..... I wish I had screen shot it because that same email DISAPPEARED!!!! I sent 2 more emails asking about my order & the disappearance of the email & NOTHING!!! The should all be put in FEDERAL PRISON!!!!
