Stay Clear - Non Existent Accounts Billing Support
Advised of a fee increase from $800 to $3,600 per year, we requested cancellation prior to the change but were still charged anyway. Despite weeks of repeated emails and phone messages, we received absolutely no response or resolution.
The lack of communication and disregard for cancellation requests is extremely poor. If this were a security or financial fraud concern, the inability to get any response would be even more alarming. Cannot recommend.
