My order was completely wrong. I spoke with the owner twice last week, and he told me you would arrange for the glasses to be picked up because he didn’t have time to correct my order. They have yet to be picked up. Terrible costumers service on the owner's behalf. The owner should not be in business. He has a horrible attitude and no remorse for his mistakes.

I ordered some grey glass goblets from this company , when I received them they were most obviously brown. I just wanted to exchange them. Their customer service person was SO RUDE from the start blaming me and kept asking me to send photos of the goblets, I obliged. She finally came back and said they are 100% grey and you don’t like them, and I could just return them and btw I would have to pay the shipping plus order the correct ones and pay the shipping AGAIN. They were sassy and condescending and sarcastic. I’ve saved all the emails. The last email said that I’m banned for abusing and insulting customer service. I was unaware telling someone they are colorblind is insulting. SMH. Not to mention quite literally never in my life have I been told that I am insulting or abusive, even mean for that matter. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I’m blasting social media with the emails and reporting the to BBB. Buyer be ware.

We purchased last minute items for a birthday party. It was sort of a last minute rush thing but they came through. They provided us a with a tracking number as soon as the items were shipped. Will shop here again.

We ordered custom glass mugs for our daughter's wedding and were apprehensive because of some of the negative reviews. The order arrived early but some of the mugs were broken in shipping. I spoke with Alex and emailed him pictures of the damage, he said replacements would arrive before our date. I didn't hear anymore from them and assumed the worst. A coyote of days later I received an email stating the mugs had shipped. They arrived before the wedding by a different carrier than the first ones and undamaged. Communication during the replacement process could have been better but they gave us exactly what we ordered and on time. I would definitely order from them again.

I have used them, ordered 36 champagne stemless glasses for a shower favor. They where all personalized with the name and date, and everyone of them pealed after adding champagne to the glasses!!! Ruined the glasses!! I emailed Favors LTD and they told me I should have checked them before I used them!! They would not give me a refund!!! I wouldn’t use them!!!!

I ordered some personalized hand sanitizers and specifically requested they come already assembled so I wouldn’t have to worry about affixing labels to the bottles crookedly. They arrived but minus the stick on labels attached. So I called, and the representative literally said “I don’t know how to fix this situation so someone will call you tomorrow with a solution”. The next day came and no one called. After waiting 3 days I called them back and explained no one had called and I needed them by a deadline. I was then told to return the sanitizers and they would do them like I ordered them which was great. I was told they were immediately emailing me a return label to mail them back and they would do them correctly and remail them to me. Needless to say they never sent the return label. So I called YET AGAIN and explained that I needed the mailing label to return the sanitizers so that they could do them correctly. The man then got rude and angry and literally told me “I will just refund you your money and you get them somewhere else” and then hung up in my face. I was completely shocked at his attitude regarding their mistake and their lack of follow through. I definitely do not advise ordering from this company. The good thing out of all of it I guess is that he just refunded me out of the clear blue sky and now I can order from somewhere else and I still have their unassembled sanitizers.

I had to give them 1 star to be able to make my comment. They don’t deserve any stars. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to entrusting my baby shower party favors order with them. Fortunately, I have another favor that I ordered through Etsy that was reliable. Yet now, we are scrambling to get glassware for the baby shower we are hosting in 2 days.
When I never received any communication about my order being shipped, I called and got a voicemail that wasn’t even a company / person’s message. It was the telephone provider’s general message which was a red flag. I kept calling back because each time I called it said “press 0 to speak with a representative”. Well there’s no representatives that I got to speak with, just kept going to voicemail. I tried calling all different times of the day and never reached anyone. In addition, I emailed them as well and no response. This happened for 2 days. Finally, I get an email last night stating that “ Your order was never processed. There was a missing print fee. The plates were also out of stock. The system cancelled the order without us noticing.”
They didn’t notice this after a week and a half? What kind of operation are they running! Plus, this was not even a reply from my email nor could they give me a call back. Horrible...stay clear from them. Don’t rely on them with items that are important for your event. I’m extremely disappointed and can’t believe Pinterest / Etsy would allow this company to use their site.

They will sell you merchandise that is out of stock without telling you, and then will make false promises about when it will ship. Their customer service email responses are unclear and condescending. I'll never use them again.

I’d done business with them two times previously and the communication was not great but this third time the product was defective, they first argued about it and finally said they’d re-do it, and it was defective when they sent it back. I’m giving every company breaks on shipping times etc. but they were very rude about the whole thing, terrible communications, and then just stopped responding. I’m giving up and disputing the charge. Obviously I’ll never do business with them again.

Terrible customer service. An item I wanted went from $0.99 to $1.30 after I had put it in my cart. I emailed and asked why the price went up and if I could get the original price and "Mike" answered telling me the price was never 0.99, and he could see the history of the website. I answered again and said I was 100% sure, I hadn't take a screenshot but I did budget it in my wedding budget so come on, I know better. I looked somewhere else and found the exact item for cheaper and bought it. Just to check one more time, I clicked my saved link, and boom, by magic, went up to $1.40. Do you see that in your history Mike?
Lost my business for sure, and I wouldn't recommend.

This company is worst than bad. I wish i could give -2 stars. I ordered favors for my wedding and had them personalized with a cute saying but I didn't want our names on it. So when i got to that portion of the ordering process, I left it blank. No names. Then I started looking at my order confirmation and realized that there were names on the glass. But random names. Isabelle and Christopher. Those are no where near my fiance's and my names. I called to tell them this and have it removed and they wanted to charge me to take it off, even though I DIDN'T PUT IT ON. They said it was my mistake, and I told them "why would I write down 2 random names on the favors for my wedding?" So they charged me for that. Then I changed my mind and I called back to just cancel the order and they wanted to charge me for that as well and when I got upset about that they hung up on me. Not to mention the terrible and rude customer service people that kept claiming to be the supervisor/manager/owner even though I kept speaking to different people. and when i asked them to help me, they said "we are done with you. dont call back." and hung up.

Horrible!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered some customized playing cards and the print was so faint it can hardly be read. When I asked to get them reprinted they told me it looked fine. The clear cases for the cards were also all marked up and looked horrible. When I told them about this they expected me to clean them. VERY DISSAPOINTED.

Bait 'n Switch. They showed me one price and then offered another. I wanted to purchase a sample, but they wouldn't sell me one. But if I want to order 100...they can no problem! So they lured me in with low fake prices and offered me another price. I wonder if their prices are fake.

Poor quality, unreliable customer service. I bought 400+ wedding favors from them and 50 of them were damaged or warped. When I went to get replacements, Alex was extremely rude and standoffish. Said I had to pay for any returns. May be cheaper, but buyer beware.

Complete Scam. Every time I try to order a glass wedding favor sample, they cancel. I'm taking my business somewhere else. It's basically a bait and switch operation operated out of somewhere else.
