Charlie was incredibly helpful and patient, explaining how the process worked and helping me to set everything up ahead of time so that when I needed to move funds it could be done swiftly. We did a test transfer of just a small amount to feel reassured that the account details were correct. Even though we were working with a 13 hour time difference, Charlie was responsive to messages and easy to reach.
The rates offered were very good and the process was easy to track through the secure website platform. This was the first move of funds but we will definitely be back in touch with FC and Charlie for our future needs.

We were recommended to use FC Global from our Conveyance Solicitor and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
