Warning! The Vitilago Corrector product is fake. Feline Skinscience are scammers! Don't waste your money. They sent out Rosacea serum with a sticker over the name saying it was for Vitiligo. Then they took down the website page advertising the corrector. In regard to returns - once you open the box you can't return, but you don't know you've been scammed until you open the box. The worst skincare company out there - they should be ashamed of their behaviour. #disgusted #worstexperience

The lip lightning balm and the lip plumper are nothing more than petroleum jelly and lipgloss. Do not buy their products.

I'm so disappointed in myself. I checked Trust Pilot only after I received the product :-( They are saying on their website that they have 17,605 Trust Pilot reviews at 4.7/5. They also boast over 2000 website reviews of 5/5 stars. I trusted the website OMG. This is on the Rosacea Corrector product page. Now I come here and it's less than 2 stars with horrible reviews....my experience with the delivery: I received an email explaining it would take a bit of time before I could see the tracked package although I never was able to track it. But I received my products within 15 days. I got 2 for 1 and both arrived unharmed. The ingredients are the same on the package as they list as 'active' ingredients for the products. But lying about the reviews makes me leery to want to even try the product. They advertise less than 2% ever return the product but then you have to pay for international shipping to return it!! Also, it needs to be in an unopened condition!! So you can't even try the product to return for a refund. Yet they want you to try it for 60 days....confusing and disappointing.

I ordered dark spot corrector.It was advertised as buy one get one free I was charged twice.I have been unable to obtain a refund and have now referred this to my bank.
It was suggested that the problem was that I contacted on a different email address I have made it clear that I have two addresses both are valid and I have sent a screen shot.
While terms and conditions state that they are not responsible for cost of return they do not state that with a return addtress in Denmark duty is payable.
I have returned products.

£34 over charge.
Product should have cost £34 total amount £110
I have received charge back from my bank.

No issue with delivery but I contacted Feline SkinScience on 25/05 when products arrived & I found that INGREDIENTS for 2 DIFFERENT PRODUCT types (Changing Foundation SPF15 & Hydrating Mineral Sunscreen) were FALSELY LISTED ON THE FSS WEBSITE with EXACTLY THE SAME ingredients BUT had TOTALLY DIFFERENT INGREDIENTS LISTED ON PACKAGING-BREACHING AU CONSUMER LAW. It's illegal for cosmetic / skincare companies to inaccurately list ingredients or mislead consumers (who are then entitled to compensation). The only reply I received from FSS on 26/05 said: "Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the confusion & understand your concern. The ingredient information displayed on the website should accurately reflect the formulation of each individual product, and we appreciate you highlighting the apparent discrepancies you found. We are currently reviewing the ingredient listings for the Turmeric Brightening Cleanser, Hydrating Mineral Sunscreen, & Changing Foundation with our product team to verify that the information displayed on the website is correct & up to date. At this time, rather than provide potentially inaccurate information, we would like to confirm the ingredient lists directly with our formulation team. We have escalated your inquiry & will provide you with the complete and verified ingredient lists for each product as soon as possible. We understand that ingredient transparency is important, especially when purchasing products based on specific formulation requirements, & we apologize for any frustration or uncertainty this has caused. Thank you for your patience while we investigate this matter. We will follow up as soon as we receive confirmation from our product team." BUT FSS NEVER FOLLOWED UP!!! Update after Feline's rubbish reply: Still no refund or explanation, but their reply below suggests buyers can check ingredients on packaging BEFORE purchase! Lisa, we can only check AFTER purchase when items are received. Now I've also just discovered ingredients ON PACKAGING of BOTH Hydrating Sunscreen & Advanced Crepe Fix ARE ALSO EXACTLY THE SAME!!! So LISA IS LYING again! As of today, 21/06 FSS listings remain illegally incorrect but I have no refund (also a breach of law). Lisa, FSS ISN'T ENTITLED to demand products are returned unopened etc (with an RMA number that FSS won't provide) BECAUSE FSS sold the products with falsely advertised ingredients! FALSE ADVERTISING OF REFUNDS, FALSE PROMISES TO RESPOND, THEN FALSE RESPONSE WHEN COMPLAINTS ARE MADE are more evidence of UNETHICAL PRACTICE. Lisa, FSS is NOT entitled to illegally take money by ILLEGAL, FALSE ADVERTISING WHICH CREATES HEALTH RISKS, INCONVENIENCE & DISTRESS FOR CONSUMERS. I encourage Australians to lodge complaints with the ACCC and/or consider a class action. FSS must refund and be held accountable. Unlawfully taking money, with no apparent intention of returning it, is STEALING and THEFT.

Placed an order for some of the pigmentation control they so call can control
I had previously order some time ago a cream for the body, which was not that good.
I don’t not know why I fell for a second try.
It is almost two months since my order, and they still send me emails saying “my order is in track…” BS
No respect to my complains and request to cancel such order.

First of all there is no phone number to speak to a human. You email them and the response looks like it's replied by AI. I was charged over a month go, Still No Delivery. They sent a fake tracking number for USPS. I don't know if this company is real.
Their email promised delivery within 7 business days, yet there’s been no shipment. I’ve complained repeatedly with no real resolution.
Being charged upfront and not receiving the product as promised is not fair to customers. I expect either immediate delivery or a full refund. Still waiting for a proper response.

I ordered a red light hair growth hat from Feline Scienceskin on 27th April and did not receive it until 13th May — just over 3 weeks later.

The product itself appears to be as described, so I have no issue with the actual item. However, the delivery experience was extremely disappointing and did not match the expectations set on their website.

At the time of purchase, the website stated delivery to Australia would take approximately 6–10 business days. After waiting much longer than expected, I contacted customer service several times and was then told delivery would take “at least 2 weeks,” which was very different from what was originally advertised.

For many customers, delivery time is a major factor when deciding who to purchase from, especially for higher-priced products. Had the true timeframe been made clear upfront, I may have chosen differently.

What disappointed me most was the lack of care from customer service. Despite reaching out multiple times, I felt brushed off rather than genuinely assisted.

Overall, the product may be fine, but the shipping promises and customer service experience did not live up to expectations.

Reading these reviews I'm glad I got away so lightly (no monthly charge occurred).
Ordered 2 hyperpigmentation serums for the price of one after seeing an ad on my social media platform. Looking at the ingredients it seemed fine. It took a long time to arrive but when it did there was no packaging information and it arrived straight from China. Ingredients list was different from the one they had online, the packaging even said it was made in Europe (yeah right). I could not use it as I am not putting something dodgy on my face. Customer service is non-existent (unless you become their ambassador that they even dared to ask me to do). I put this down to learning experience, never again will I buy from a company that I don't know.
It is strange how EU has all these rules for what can be sold here but when it comes to ordering online anything goes.

Do NOT buy anything from this company!!! They are a big CON! They are a fake set up!
The customer phone line that shown on their website belongs to a different business and the office address is also residential property address! They send you a dodge product that your skin will react on and to send it back they will make you pay for an international postage and it’s not guaranteed that you actually get the refund as they have to and I quote : “ Once the returned item has been received and inspected by our Quality Control team, your refund will be processed.” First Google the “return address” and you will understand what “quality control” is there! The company is FAKE!!! You’ve been warned!!

Absolutely not recommended! The photos of the veneers on their website look great after the product is delivered. It's shocking that the photos on their website are a complete scam; they look terrible!

This has been the worse experience, ever!!. I cancelled my subscription which I didn’t knowingly ordered. I paid the courier to deliver the unopened subscription order . It clearly included the RMA number. They asked for proof I had sent it and the tracking number which I supplied 3 or 4 times and The package was undeliverable after delivery attempted to the address provided, and so is now being held at a local collection point . They refuse to give the refund or collect the package!!! This is a truly the worse experience ever!

Absolute scammers. Six weeks since order and still no product.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Féline Skinscience (Order #4029861). I never signed up for a recurring "Subscribe and Save" plan, yet I was charged and a shipment was sent without my authorization.
​When I contacted customer support to cancel the subscription and request a refund for the unauthorized order, I was told I must ship the product back to their address in the Netherlands at my own expense to receive a refund. As a customer in Canada, the cost of tracked international shipping is nearly as much as the product itself, making their "refund" offer essentially meaningless.
​I have requested to escalate this matter to a supervisor, as the current support team (Mariana) is unwilling to provide a prepaid return label for a shipment I did not authorize. I am more than happy to refuse delivery so the package returns to their facility, but the company is insisting on a manual return.
​I am still waiting for a senior manager to reach out and resolve this fairly. Until then, I strongly advise others to be very careful with their "checkout" process to avoid being enrolled in unwanted subscriptions.

Such a fraudulent site. The provided telephone number is invalid, and there has been no response to email inquiries. I receive daily emails from the company; however, these are unnecessary rather than informative. I placed my order on the 5th of March, and as of the 9th of March, there has been no update. The only message is that they are preparing my order, with no further information.

WARNING: First of all, the product doesn't work. I wanted to try their Dark spot corrector on a 'buy one, get one free' offer. The box for 'Make a subscription' was ticked by default - well hidden. Only way to cancel is via email. I did, and they said they would look into it. Next month: new package. I complained again, asked them to cancel subscrition. Same routine. Next month: new package from them, new protests from me.
They said I could return, but you all know the hassle, so each time I thought oh well, but NOW I have cancelled. But I didn't... To be continued.
The answers from their customer support is just standard identical messages every time, saying it's my own fault.
Also, it seemes to be alot of fake reviews now that I looked in to the company. I haven't been able to see who owns the company and who is CEO. And now I've noticed it's made in China and who knows what's inside the bottle... The only thing I know is that it does NOT make any dark spots disappear.

ordered goods on the 24 Jan and still waiting, put a complaint in to paypal, Feline sent a tracking number but nothing came up, so now not holding my breath ...
