CAUTION.. THIS COMPANY DOESN'T GIVE FULL REFUNDS! Visited Lymington, a helpful lady called Theresa gave me help choosing some new clothes, part of the purchase was a promotional offer buy 2 jumpers, get the 2nd half price. I wasn't sure about the purchase but was assured that I could take them home, play with them and if I wanted to change my mind, I could bring them back within 14 days. 2 days later, I decided to return all the items. I produced my recepit, a newer member of staff couldn't understand why it wouldn't go back on my card. She called the owner, his wife Nicola snatched the phone off of him, told the member of staff I was not entitled to a refund on the promotional items, stating they were sale items, which was not true. When I asked to talk to her, Nicola hung up on me! How unprofessional, rude and what an utter disgrace. I was dismayed to see a lady had a similar experience in Chichester, when the boss was called. They own several of these shops. SHAME ON THERESA IF SHE KNEW THIS WOULD HAPPEN IF YOU TRY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

From a shop in Burford in the Cotswolds, I bought 3 items, 2 Jumpers and a dress which also had a jumper as part of it. The style of each thing was so good and the colours were great. The softness of the wool type fabric was so soft its a pleasure to feel and wear. When I wore the dress to a party a young woman came over and said, I love your style. It made me feel good. The downside is with the jumpers, the pilling is very bad. and EVERY time you wear it, you must de-pill again and again. I wash my clothes with great care because I want them to last. From the first wear, it is the fabric. If this stuff is coming from China, well done them for having stylish designers which I feel, we sadly lack in Britain without the big price tag. The items I bought were £49.95 x 2 and a dress £89.
If only the fabrics used were a better quality I would not hesitate to recommend.
A shop to avoid
The one star given, is actually one too many. Like many of the reviews, the dress I purchased, was very very poor quality, badly made and I'm thinking poorly paid staff sewing these garments. Avoid this brand.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
My actual review is minus zero. Ordered items to the tune of £85. Waited two weeks and when they arrived they were approx 4 sizes too small. The fabric was also cheap and nasty. Contacted for return info only to be offered 20% back which they eventually haggled to 40%. I wanted all my money back which is my right under the rules of long distance selling in the UK so had to return the items to a spurious address in China which cost me £25. When I contacted Royal Mail, as the so called customer services at F-L stopped replying to me, this was their response: “May I explain that, when a returned goods item reaches Chinese Customs, they will contact the seller and request the sales invoice to show that the item has not been sold to somebody in China. Unfortunately, in some cases, sellers in China do not provide the invoice for the goods as this enables them to avoid having to issue the buyer with a refund.In this instance, the recipient has not been in contact with Chinese Customs nor China Post and the item is in the process of being returned to sender.” According to the F-L website “30 DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE - Less than 1% of our customers use our 30-day money-back guarantee.” The only guarantee with this bunch of jokers is that you will end up out of pocket and with cheap and nasty clothing that is not fit for purpose. And the reason less than 1% of customers are shown as using the guarantee is because it is non-existent! I really can’t understand why they have not been shut down in the UK as they are clearly in breach of trading standards. No refund and no clothes that fit me. Bunch of con artists. Avoid at all costs.
Awful product
Awful product, it arrived but I ordered a size 18 it may have been a 10 at best. The quality was truly awful full of loose threads and had no resemblance to the.picture on the website. Asked for a refund but was told I would need to return it to Shangai... apparently Fennela London is just a trading name. The return postage cost £19. The product then came back from Shanghai as unclaimed. A complete waste of time and money. So even though they refunded the cost I am still out of pocket for the £19. Avoid at all costs.
Very, very poor service
I ordered 3 jumpers from this company in Feb. Admittedly I didn't realise that their warehouse was in China. The quality of the goods was very poor and the sizing totally wrong. I contacted the customer support to enquire how to return the items. This was when I realised that the warehouse was in China despite having a return address on the parcel which was in England. I was informed that I would not receive a refund if I returned the goods to the address on the parcel and I had to return them to the address they gave me which was in China. I of course had to pay for the return. I returned the parcel exactly as requested on 28th February at a cost of £25.30. I kept tracking the parcel which eventually ended up being stuck in customs at China. I contacted customer services who informed me it was my responsibility to contact the courier. Several emails later I had still not had a refund and they stopped responding to my emails. On 23rd May 2025 the parcel was brought back to me by Royal mail with a label saying "unclaimed"
I now not only have lost the money I paid for postage but the money I paid for the goods which are totally useless to me
Do not trust this company
Everything went wrong. Waited ages for item to arrive and was nowhere near the quality advertised and was too small. Had to send back to China but have heard nothing since. I thought the company was English. Don't trust them. I haven't had my money back!!!
Complete scammers
Complete scammers, cheap tat from China and will not refund. Returned 2 jumpers to China at great expense (registered £27) and their 'Central Warehouse in Asia' was 'no.2 Freight Elevator on the West Side of the 3rd floor Upstairs' - posted 14/01/2025 and returned to me undelivered end March 2025!!! These people should be stopped. Company owned by Liu GhangXing who obviously scams the whole world (mostly on Facebook) as all adverts intimate they are in your country and if you look at their reviews you will find complaints from Australia as the company name has 'Melbourne' in it and Italy where they have 'Siena' in it etc etc.
all with the same complaint of shoddy goods with little information about returns. Among the other companies owned by the same person is Sienna Fashion Store, Regency Vogue, Vibe London, Jules & Josh London, Aulier Lyons, Blanche, Trendy Oz, Valoria Melbourne - to name but a few!!
Money is accepted by Paypal - they should stop taking their payments as should any responsible credit card people. I see these people are still selling on facebook under different names, looks lovely in their pictures but anything too cheap BEWARE! they promise refund but this is my second time being caught without a refund and I have followed everything to the letter - the return address is obviously not deliverable or they refuse to pick it up from central post office. Their return policy is 'please contact us for return address' not immediately saying it is in China and they need the parcel sent Registered - the price of that deters anyone returning their goods. Come on someone....we should not let them get away with it! offering 30% refund of the goods is just not good enough, their advert promises full refund.

Would rather give no stars. Colour of item purchased was completely wrong. Customer service is dreadful. Getting nowhere since February. They say free returns. No! items do not come from London but China. You pay to return them and then they are held in customs as address given is incorrect.
So you have lost your payment plus money to return to China. You get no reply from Fennela. Do not purchase from them

Terrible company! Awful quality goods, and despite returning the item to China for a full refund, they haven't collected it from the courier so won't refund me as they're saying it hasn't arrived in their warehouse! Do not buy from them.

How I wish that I had seen these reviews when I ordered a Dress and 2 blouses on 1/3/25. All poor quality and incorrect sizing. I sent my Order straight back to their Asian address and asking for a full 100% refund

Unbelievably my Tracked parcel of 3 clothing items has been delivered back from China to my home address!! China Sticker stating “Unclaimed”. It cost me £22 to return it, so my TOTAL LOSS £106.

It’s now been over a month and this company is a dam disgrace no returns they won’t accept returns and you are out of pocket pay pal are seeing into my dispute this should not be happening ….AVOID at all costs …
Shockingly bad
I ordered lovely jumper for my wife which arrived after 12 days from order placement. The garment was of very poor quality and the size was not as ordered although labelled as the correct size. I asked for a full refund but was given an email offering 25% refund and for us to keep the jumper. Alternatively return the jumper to China at my cost and be given the full refund. I complained and was then offered a 40% refund and keep the jumper which I decided to take and give the jumper to charity. Very disappointed and I would discourage anyone from dealing with this shady outfit. Nothing to do with london !

This company should not be allowed to advertise & trade. Sent for two cardigans that SUPPOSEDLY retailed at £140 each, reduced to £34.95. Because I ordered two, I got abit more discount & paid £59.42. Took quite a while for delivery....came from China. On arrival, extremely poor quality. No labels in garments. Button holes were just puncture holes in the material. Ordered extra large size & you'd be lucky to call it a size small. Material felt like cotton wool. When asked for return address, offered me 15% refund & keep garments. Eventually pushed them for 40%. Eventually received £23.76 refund. Cardigans will go to charity shop, or in the bin...no good to me. The return address is VERY long winded & obscure. Felt if I tried to return, it would cost me more money to send & I'd probably end up with nothing. Decided to just cut my losses & put it down to experience. Think this company has a consignment of cheap c..p that they use to send to customers like me who think they're getting a bargain. KEEP YOUR MONEY!

Total scam. Do not use. Cheap material, not cotton, terrible quality, incorrect size. Dress looked nothing like the picture on the website. Couldn’t return as company is based in China - (I have the postal address) and would cost more than the item to send back. Do not waste your money!

Like others I read the reviews too late. Do not use this company. The jumper took weeks to arrive, is very very poor quality, supposed to be a 16 more like a 12 and the returns procedure on their website sounds like hassle from beginning to end. Avoid at all costs.
