Avoid this mob like Covid. I have knuckle issues so I spoke at length to one of their staff about the right pair of gloves. I hit my bag about a dozen times wearing the gloves and realised they were unsuitable. This mob refused to accept a return because - get this - I had taken the gloves out of the packaging and used them. I asked how I was supposed to determine if they were suitable without hitting a bag. They didn’t care.

Shit service, shit attitude.

Bought a sauna suit from here which was $150. It’s falling apart and the material is all broken down after 1 month I had to bin it. I don’t recommend this.

I ordered a gift for my grandson but he didn’t want it. Fighthq accepted a return and refund immediately and made it easy for me to return it.
I was amazed at the professional and courteous service.
I can’t recommend them highly enough. They were great.

I got shin guards, gloves and shorts for muay Thai. They gave free shipping and it arrived on the expected date, the customer service is good too! I got everything within a week in good quality, they have a good price range for cheap as well as expensive items and the website is very user friendly.

I sent 3 cancellation requests via email and their live chat to cancel an order that I had made 20 minutes before. ...2 days later I get an email saying it has been sent, then they make you pay for shipping costs.

Very disappointing experience.

Fight HQ is the go-to spot for top-quality fight gear. The range is excellent, and the customer service is next level. Huge shoutout to Tiarna and Piper—they went above and beyond to help with sizing issues, making returns hassle-free and even arranging a special order when my size wasn’t in stock. The team knows their stuff and genuinely cares about their customers. Highly recommend FightHQ for all fight equipment and apparel.
