I ordered a statue August of last year, several months after statues release, I sent an email asking where the statue is. The statue at this point had been released for at least 4 months at this time. They have not sent a single email to me asking for a shipping fee or anything regarding the statue. I got a response in a few days telling me the statue was lost before it made it to them, the only options was store credit or a paypal refund with a 3-6% fee. They were unable to issue me a refund without the fee since its been more than 6 months. Mind you, the time of contact regarding the statue was in March, 7 months after purchase. They had 4 months to contact me about the status of the statue and didn't. Now I have to eat a huge fee because of their negligence. I've ordered easily 5 digit dollar value of statues from other sites and all of them informed me when there are issues in transit. One also reached out to me when an order needed to be redelivered due to a shipping issue. This is the first order I made from Figure Choice and it'll be my last. When I make orders over $500 and multiple of them, I need a company that can update me on issues on my orders. Not sit back until you have to reach out months later.

Best experience I ever had on a figure site.
I've ordered several times from them now, and as js unavoidable, it has happened that a figure arrived with a piece broken and one missing.
They immediately helped me sort it out. Got a discount for the break, told how to fix it, and for the missing part they contacted the studio and were able to send that piece to me separately.

Very happy with my purchases and experience with their customer service!

Been doing business with them for years. Recently in the past year, their communication from their team is very poor, unresponsive at most times. Most responses to you is a week at best. They change their policies over and over, but refuse to send any communications to their customers on these changes, which creates additional frustraitons, and raises possible legal concerns. Overall, this once great company who seemed to care about their customers, now care only on how to make a fast buck. 0/5, and will never so business with this company again.

I finally got my order after two months and when I opened it the base was smashed and the blade in the hand was damaged. I contacted them and sent some pictures and a short video, but they said the video isn't good enough and to send one with no cuts or edits. I didn't edit the video, I had to pause the video as I was opening the box in a small area and I didn't have a phone stand to hold my phone while recording. They could clearly see it was smashed and it's not like I could just make up the damage.. I won't be buying from this site again.

I purchased a statue from the website for a reasonable amount only to be told an exuberantly high shipping price (before tariffs were in effect). Figure Choice appears to be one of these 3rd party sites where they lure you in with good prices on items, only to quote a ridiculous amount on shipping which they will not provide before-hand nor will they produce a quote directly from the shipping company used. I highly suspect the shipping is fluffed and is part of the profit margin (this is only my personal thoughts but you can read between the lines and research yourself). I did receive the product which is why this is not a one star review. Figure choice required me to record opening the box to be able to claim any damages or errors in shipping which I found fair for products of this type. My statue had small parts that where to fit into the main body of the statue, most where extremely loose fitting to where they would fall out if the statue was tilted. I provided documentation to them and they would not reimburse me over 10% of the “statue price” without shipping (an amount that is basically not even worth the trouble of corresponding over a week with them) Return is made impossible as they tell you the cost is the responsibility of the customer. I would highly recommend not engaging with this company and fallin prey to sketchy business practices and little accountability.
