Clear layout and quality items
Options for different colours and styles of item were clearly demonstrated and so was price difference. Website is easy to navigate and text is clear and straightforward. Shopping process was easy and information on purchasing, such as delivery times and costs, were easy to find and understand. I’ve made multiple orders with this company.

Superb quality product.
I bought a 4.5 tog cover less duvet. …..I was amazed at how light it was but at the same time exceptionally warm. I had a better nights sleep because of this. My washing machine had a duvet cycle and it washed really well. I hope to find a wider choice of colours and patterns in the future. I would recommend this product.

Terrible terrible customer service I’ve asked for my money back but the company do not get back to me. I have not received my item. I’ve waited in several times for this. DHL have not delivered it. They said they have tried which is absolute rubbish as I have been in at the agreed times. I have chased DHL and a fine bedding who said they had sent another one which was due for delivery and again has not turned up and there has been someone in at the correct time I also told fine bedding I did not want DHL to deliver the next one as they’ve messed me about so much I asked for them to call me back which I never did and then no arrange DHL again it’s an. Absolute disgrace. I will have to take this further to recover my money.

Hi Stephanie,
We’re very sorry your order didn’t arrive and for the repeated delivery issues and lack of communication. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait in without receiving your parcel.
We’ve now issued your refund. Please accept our sincere apologies for the experience you’ve had with both our service and the delivery.
Kind regards,
Great bedding company
