I order two pair of sneakers one pair was shipped but they weren’t what I ordered the second pair sat not shipped for five days so I can’t my order 4 day past my refund was not even approved. They had the nerve to tell me to contact my bank for what

i ordered some vans for my son on 11/16 they shows got delayed in shipped and finally said delivered on 11/21 when we went to check no shoes now it’s 11/25 and still no replacement no anything i need my sons sneaker please help

The online store or website is a scam, they will get your information and credit card. My experienced was I already put my credit card information then it said im going to click the review of what I purchase then suddenly showed a message that I have to wait due to the traffic because there was so much transactions. I go back to the information and it's gone.

My return package shipping has been received by their warehouse on Oct 4th. Didn't get my refund after 2 full weeks. Decided to call the customer hotline. The refund experience is close to a scam. Called customer service four times, each time I provided every possible details, my address, email address, phone number, order number, tracking number, date of receipt of return package, zip code, the address of the store where I returned the item, whether the manager swiped my card, did the manager send the item to warehouse A or B etc. etc.. And every time my line got cut off before the customer service rep could confirm that I will receive my refund. Also everyone of them talked like it is somehow my fault that they do not have a record of the return progress (strangely I did receive email from their system confirming the return package shipped, tracking, receipt etc.). Their behavior is so consistent that I am almost 100% sure that they are trained to do this to annoy customer so that customers give up their refund.

I will never order from Finishline again. I received my order and only received one shoe in the box. They sent a right shoe. No left shoe. I called customer service and they asked me if I wanted the left shoe also. I said of course because I already paid for it and I have two feet, a right and a left. Customer service contacted the store that shipped my shoe and was told that the store lost the left shoe. If you lose the matching shoe, you do not send one, you cancel the order and refund the customer their money. I was told to take the shoe to my local Finishline but they will accept the return because there is only one shoe. Now I have to jump through hoops to find a Fed Ex store to return the shoe to and hope that they refund my money. Never order from Finishline or JD Sports because they have incompetent employees who only put one shoe into a box.

Will no longer be ordering from finish line again due to them changing their shipping to free shipping on orders over $100. When just last week my order was 60 something and free shipping. Last I checked and since 2020 it's been free shipping on orders over $49.
Also don't care for how their agents ignored my questions and responded to me.

Worst online shopping shoes!!!! I ordered my on August 14 for my Son’s shoe and my Son was excited about his new shoe all of a sudden they canceled my order for no reason!!!! So disappointed!!!!

The website inventory is a lie. I have placed an order and have ZERO confidence I will receive it. The order number doesn't work when entered to find the status. Customer service has no idea what is in stock and gives faulty updates about your order. THEN offers a discount on your next order. How can there be a next order if I never got the first one? I am FINISHED.

Do not ever ever buy from Finish Line. They take your credit card but will not make delivery. I contacted them several times to complain that product has not arrived, but no response. They still have my money!!

Finish line is a joke, I ordered an item with them on July 3, upgraded the shipping to ground a couple extra dollars , how in the world does it take 8 days to get an item from Brooklyn ny to Clifton nj, they are terrible, for now on I will go in store and won’t even use online ordering if I choose to get anything else from them, they have a terrible shipping system… they tell you upgrade the shipping and still end up sending it the cheapest/ slowest way meanwhile you paying more..better Business Bureau needs to investigate them for using tactics like this to trick customers into spending extra money for faster shipping when actually they are shipping the item at the slowest speed.

Poor service. My order has been in "awaiting carrier pickup" status for about a week now and customer service keeps saying it has been shipped. So did the carrier steal my package??????? Customer service is no help. They tell you the same things over and over that aren't helpful at all... I will never order from this company again

Horrible customer service, stay away. I ordered a jacket for my husbands up coming trip. Paid extra for shipment to make sure it will arrive on time. They never sent me the item. When I got in touch 5days later they simply said the store didn’t send it. They didn’t notify me or try to make it right. Now I am out of time to order or go get a new one. Customer service was dismissive and not helpful at all.

Finish Lines website is terrible! So many glitches still, after all of these years, and all the money they make. The most recent catastrophe, was them sending my items to the wrong address, because although their system asks what shipping address vs billing address, it doesn’t correctly separate the two. After selecting billing, it generates both shipping and billing to same address. To top it off, although my order hasn’t been processed yet, they can’t manually go in and enter the correct shipping address. Furthermore, there’s no option to cancel the order from the website. They entirely suck!!!

Placed an order on 4/28 &still haven't received the shoes. Finally decided to cancel the order. Horrible customer service, did nothing to try & help me. I will never buy or recommend this company.

Excitement filled me with the purchase of a new pair of vapor max. It has now been almost a week and my shoes (sent USPS) are still no were to be located. I’ll never be ordering from them again!

Ordered black jordan shorts, received them with security tag still attached. Called customer service and was on hold for an hour bc a supervisor wasn't available. Told supervisor would do a call back, but nothing. Calls are taken in the Philippines. Don't do business with them.

I received what appeared to be used/worn shoes. Box was mutilated. They advised they were sending replacement shoes and still have not received almost 10 days later. Very poor service and untruthful customer service.

I ordered shoes and they never sent them to me. I talked to 10 different people and they canceled my order without informing me. It is impossible to hold a conversation with one person to figure out WHERE MY SHOES ARE. currently waiting on a refund but i’ve heard they suck with that too! yay to getting scammed $58 as a college student!!!!!!!!
