Flight was delayed by more than 4 hours. As a compensation they gave me a 200THB (about $6) voucher. I tried to use it several locations but nobody accepted the voucher from Firefly. Somebody told me that before the gate area there are shops which will take the voucher, but by surprise the voucher was already expired. I complained at the check-in area but they said I could get a new voucher not more. What a stupid offer because once you are in the gate area it's too late and who knows if the voucher would be a valid one. And the amount of the voucher already shows the value of a customer. So stay away from this airline.

Poor poor firefly service. Keep delaying flight. Ask us to wait for more than 5 hours at the airport and then tell me that no aircraft. Then don't sell aire ticket. Only know how to collect money then delay flight. Ask us to wait and wait and wait.

Großartige Airline! Meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen! Pünktlich, nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Snacks bei einem 30 Min. Flug. Viel Beinfreiheit und bequeme Sitze. Gerne wieder!

Not even have one star ,is a terrible airline,delaying without inform ,I suggest if u donwan spoil ur holiday moood don't fly with them..delay my flight flight number FY3600 and without inform only when I reach airport is say delay and somemore delay for 10hours and more,really terrible service,I am a frequent traveller and first time in my life I seen this terrible airline...

Flight cancelled without informing. Check with helpdesk, they said they do not inform on cancellation until reach airport. How are you suppose to change flight if they inform you last minute?

Worst airline. From dec to jan my flight has been retimed many times. Yes, every week averytime. More than 2 hours delayed. There is no actual time and last minute inform me. I always missing my important events because of delayed. Really sucks.

They cancelled our flights then refused a refund. They offered a credit. It was to be valid for 30 days and we live on another continent! Thieves.

First time travelling with Fire Fly. Two trips to Johor and KL. On time. Friendly staff. Finally heard the full announcement in clear speech. Free water, cookies and peanuts. Fast and efficient. No charge for counter check-in. Unlike the other one that never flies on time and charges for everything. Will fly again.

Firefly is a company to be avoided at all costs.
Absolutely unreliable and dangerous. Our flight from Penang to Kota Kinabalu was retimed 4 times right up to the last minute, totally disrupting our trip and our appointments.
This company has no consideration for its customers. Travelers are treated like cattle. Definitely prefer the national airline.

Compagnie a fuir, départ une heure après l'heure indiqué et qui semble être une habitude, bagages cassés et refuse de prendre en charge les dégâts. Ne respect pas Malaysian-Aviation-Consumer-Protection-Code-2016
