Fantastic quality
The chocolate quality is probably hands down the best I have had. For me, it’s the equivalent of going to specialty coffee from the likes of Starbucks. Keep it up!

This isn't ordinary chocolate...this is artisan chocolate and I'm so happy I found them. As an owner of a speciality coffee roastery, we can taste the subtle differences in wine, coffee and super duper chocolate! The Solomon Islands, Guadalcanal 100% is a beautiful single origin with zero sugars and no other ingredients. It has a beautiful balanced taste and texture which gives you a beautiful date-like sweetness right at the end. I cannot recommend enough!

As you will know through your speciality coffee roastery, the key to this cocoa is a low and slow roasting of the whole cocoa beans and expertise in the conch, creating a creamy texture and long, lingering finish.

My favorite chocolate! I have a piece with my afternoon coffee and have been able to cut sweets out of my diet. I consider Firetree Chocolate a healthy alternative.

Overpriced and nothing special. Disappointed for what I paid for a premium product. Don’t be seduced by the packaging,the chocolate is a let down. Cannot recommend this. I will not be purchasing again.

Unfortunately there is no flavour…
Purchased a box of the single bar tasting experience from Tesco.
The flavours looked really interesting. However upon tasting it, there is absolutely no flavour whatsoever. It is essentially the same as eating a bar of very expensive plain dark chocolate.
I really wouldn’t recommend.

We're sorry you found this to be the case. The flavours in our chocolate that you speak of are what we call flavour/taste notes - similar to fine wine, so you should experience hints of caramel, red fruit, raspberry, rich cocoa and soft lemon...
The good news is that the only way to hone your ability to detect these taste notes is to eat more chocolate!

Very Fine Chocolate
The Solomon Islands 40% and the Phillippines 50% are amongst the best I've tasted. I admit to finishing the milk chocolate in one evening, couldn't help it, and the dark milk was the best I've tasted - the only dark milk chocolate I've been happy with. It won't be easy to make the remaining 4 bars last 😃
