A gift for son who prefers 100% dark chocolate. No sugar.
I had not heard of this one so gave it a try as high in polyphenols needed for boosting immune system.
It arrived in good time. Easy website to use.
Cannot comment on packaging as did not see it.
Son likes it .Can only eat one square at a time ( which is good) .I can eat a whole bar of 80% but prefer milk chocolate( not good for you). Sadly we
are a chocoholic family.

Amazing chocolate, and a great response (read review)
The chocolate was enjoyable however I reached out to ask a question about the level of heavy metals as it is from "volcanic islands". They were reluctant to provide any evidence of the "safe" levels they claimed and the manner in which they responded was somewhat defensive. Update: The response below was perfect in addressing the issue I had as well as following through with the amendments in the FAQ to clarify, and put the customer at ease, about heavy metal testing. Thank you and I continue to buy and enjoy your chocolate - which is the purest and most authentic I have found in the UK.

We are glad to hear that you enjoyed our chocolate and we’re sorry to hear that you felt your question to us wasn’t handled well – this certainly wasn’t our intention.
For full transparency, we check every consignment of our cocoa beans, and to date our results have been consistently below the safe limits defined in UK/EU law for lead, cadmium and arsenic levels. Whilst we don’t publish this line-by-line data, we do share the information with legal bodies and retailers when required and are happy to do so.
We will be rewording the FAQs section on our website to highlight our rigorous testing, so we thank you for sharing your experience and perspective as it was useful to examine and address how we communicate this to customers.
