Customer Service needs a Ride!

Great bike but they really need to work out the customer service. For being all in this together during these unprecedented times they are not showing that to their customers. I think we all deserve a bit more than what we are getting from them when it comes to how we are being communicated with. While I’m one of the lucky customers and actually received my Sons bike that was in stock a week later - after no communication with the company and a very confusing email saying I would not be receiving anything due to errors. My card was charged and emails left unanswered. However, 1 week later I happily woke up to a text alert and to a tracking number and my package delivered that day all in 1 piece. The point of my review is that while the website let me place an order and it charged me I then got an email saying the system was incorrect with no customer service agent options available. In the end I did get the bike and everything was fine. All was good. I might recommend not ordering from the website right now though, but I do recommend these bikes they are great bike. We have 2 now and both are great looking bikes! Best of luck, stay safe!

Shady company with poor communication

Ordered 2 in-stock bikes. After waiting 2 weeks and getting no update, I emailed to ask about their status. The email bounced back. Then a week later, I got a form email saying my bike would ship in its original backorder date. My bike wasn't backordered, so I didn't have a date. Finally, I get a hold of someone who says it'll ship in a week. Then I get an email saying it would take a month. I decide then to cancel.

I fill out the cancellation form and receive confirmation (an email saying my order was cancelled). But my refund never comes. I send another email, and they say my refund has been approved but I have to fill out another form to get the refund. The form is for a return and most of the information doesn't apply to me. The instructions say that if I enter any wrong information, they'll reject my refund.

Shady company with poor communication.

I am very sorry for the poor communication on our end. We have had to add a lot of new agents to keep up with demand, and it looks like we dropped the ball somewhere. Anyway, we do not want to keep your money if you cancelled the order. Usually the refund goes out automatically through Shopify when the order is cancelled. Shopify just automatically refunds back to the original card when we hit cancel. Maybe yours is special circumstance. Please email theteam@sixthreezero.com and put "attn: Peter" and I will get it sorted out.

Worst customer service I have EVER…

Worst customer service I have EVER seen!!!!!!!! How can an "American" company based in CAL actually have worse customer service then call centers halfway around the world that don't even speak our language????

Ordered bikes (2) early of May....still no bikes, no emails, no "I think we will have bikes by this date"....nothing just a bunch of BS blaming COVID. News flash....you can't blame COVID for not running your business the right way and not getting back to the people you want to sell product too. That's not COVID, that's called inept and a joke of a management team!

STEAR CLEAR of this Company

Ordered a Bike on May 20th. Charged my card on May 20th, Said it would ship on 6/3/2020, and then again got an email stating that there are no shipping delays and my bike would ship on 6/3/2020. That email was sent on 6/8/2020. it's not 6/10/2020 and still, the bike hasn't shipped. Try to contact customer support with no luck. They don't answer emails and make you fill out a Google form, It's just a black hole. Then you try to call the phone number listed on the top of the page... and guess what? We're sorry, this number is no longer in service.

Word of advice. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! The customer service is worse than your local cable or phone company.

Dustin Gyger should be ashamed of the business that he is running.

Ordered a bike on May20th

Update just received an email about the bike I ordered on May 20th. Not in stock and I can wait or cancel order. This after being sent an email saying no delays in shipping and that bike would ship out June 9th. This was after bike was originally supposed to ship June 3rd. Will never recommend or do business here again. Don't put things in stock if you don't actually have them. This company is a joke. Ordered a bike on May 20th. The website said the bike was in stock and should ship on June 3rd. Its now June 7th I haven't received any emails about my bike shipping. The app they want you to use to track doesn't show any updates with the bike shipping. Also the app seems to want alot of permissions from your phone which i'm not comfortable with. I received a generic email from company going on about how busy they have gotten and how its hard for them to keep up with emails and orders. They also mention that their priority is making sure customers that ordered before April are receiving their bikes and anyone that has had damaged products is receiving replacements. No mention of any orders or what to expect if you ordered after april. They want you to fill out a form that puts you in que so they can email you back about your specific order. But they say their response time is running 3-5 business days or greater. Well considering my bike was suppose to ship on June 3rd and its 5 days shipping according to site I should have bike on Tuesday June 9th but the lack of communication has me believing I will be canceling order. They made sure to take my payment promptly though. Don't waste your time looking for a bike here.

I also wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Ordered on the 16th, they charged my card right away but no communication. Now all the bikes on the site say sold out. I will have to dispute with my credit card company as well if no response. Should be reported to the BBB.

Do not waste your time or money.

Purchased a bike a month later i recieved a email stating the bike is not available. cannot reach anyone by phone or email. Stay away from this company. it pretty much does not exist.

NOT made in USA

i thought they were made in Southern California USA. However, my men's firmstrong bike says made in Vietnam. My wife's ladies firmstrong bike says made in China. Seem to be decent quality.

Steer Clear. Zero Customer Service Contacts.

I wish I'd come here before shopping with this company. My experience seems mild in comparison, honestly. Ordered a bike a week ago, and have received no updates.

There is zero way to reach this company. Email will come back with an error about a full inbox. Tried their email form on their site, which I would imagine hits the same full inbox (no response).

I'll be disputing the payment with my bank if I don't hear back on the two week mark. Feel like that's pretty generous.

2 months later - still don't have all the bike parts and ZERO communications

I ordered my wife a bike for her Birthday in March. Almost two months later I have a collection of bike parts that do not add up to a Bike. I understand there are challenges with COVID, but there's no excuse for never getting back to customers who have paid for your product and have part of it delivered. There's no excuse for having a phone number listed that doesn't work. Clearly this company over-extended itself in an effort to capitalize on the higher demand for bikes that this virus has brought and is not able or willing to fulfill the orders that have been placed. The lack of communication is the worst part.

If I could do a -1 star i would. Ordered a bike April 12th. They charged my cc the very next day. Tried calling them, sending an email regarding a question about the bike. Called but could not leave a voice message. Emailed - it's a dead link!! I did get an email asking me how I was enjoying the bike - WHAT!!! I don't have it yet. Posted a comment on their website to cancel my order - you got it, no response. I disputed the charge with my CC company. Go elsewhere people. It appears that either they can't keep up with orders or they are having financial difficulties. Many other bike companies out there.

Cannot Reach This Company!

I ordered a bike several weeks ago from them and cannot reach them by telephone or email to get a status on my order. They are completely unreachable.

firmstrong horrible customer service.

I ordered 3 bikes and two child carriers from Firmstrong online. One of the bikes came with a completely warped front wheel. That same bike is missing 3 parts. The carriers they sold us are not compatible with the bikes they sold us. And the carriers were their recommendation. One of the bikes took so long to arrive, and they wouldn’t answer emails or phone calls, so I could not confirm if the bike was even coming. I ended up ordering another bike from a great company called piece bikes that showed up in two days. I was trying to cancel the Firmstrong bike but no answer. It came shortly after... I have been trying to contact them for over a week by email and telephone, but they don’t answer. So I still have bikes and carriers that I have paid for but cannot use. Very frustrating...This company is horrible to deal with.

Low quality bikes even worse support!

Low quality bikes terrible support and service: had an issue with kickstand - bikes kept falling over, multiple emails and calls including sending them requested pics AND videos and they ultimately told me to bend the kickstand to correct the problem myself??? Had one phone support person tell me the kickstand with Allen head bolt required a specialized tool to remove and I would need to take it to a bike mechanic, pay out of pocket and then submit a form and hope to be reimbursed for a $2 bolt on kickstand!!! spend a little more, buy from a local shop and you’ll get a better bike and better support (because they are going to send you there anyway)
