I spoke to Jamie to arrange contents insurance cover for my new home. He was very polite and provided clear explanations of the policy options as we spoke, leaving me no doubts about the cover I was arranging.

My Policy covered 5 properties. The renewal proposal arrived, all OK except for one item, the overall total figure was fine but there was no breakdown of the cost to each property which was required for accounting purposes. I telephoned on Monday the22nd of June & explained this & was assured that it would be dealt with & the breakdown emailed to me, hopefully that same day. It did not arrive.
It still had not arrived by Friday the 26th so I rang again just after 2.00pm, this time I spoke to James Buckland who, in the next couple of hours sorted it, emailed me the result & then, at my request emailed the specific item I needed on headed paper. I instantly phoned First2Protect again & paid the Premium by 4.00pm.
I used to tell my Customers " Never judge my Company by whether something goes wrong, judge me by what I do when something goes wrong" In this case it was dealt with & the Account settled within 2 hours of the problem being made known to James Buckland, You cannot do better than that.

Despite only recently joining the company, he was extremely knowledgeable, polite and courteous and managed to sort out my policy. I would highly recommend this company who have excellent customer service.

I have had contents insurance with First2Protect for around 5 years now and they’ve always been super helpful.
I am due to move house soon and have been looking to get buildings instance. I spoke with Curtis Gillard today who was very knowledgeable and super helpful and friendly. He was also very honest and did not want me to spend more than I should have to. Thank you ☺️
