Very difficult to converse as there is no telephone contact possible.
The usual annoying issues, where there is not a realistic list of help topics to choose from.
Some of the instructions wording is confusing, this website has obviously not been proof read.

Good value and no faff!
Very new to their service, but the stand out feature was an easy log in process and immediate access to my policy. No long winded verification- email only.
Amazingly good price on my insurance.

Really disappointed with First…
Really disappointed with First Alternative. Despite being a loyal customer, my renewal price increased considerably, and there were additional charges on top. It was actually cheaper to leave and get a new policy through a comparison website.
They weren’t willing to match quotes or make any real effort to keep my business. It seems loyalty counts for very little. I expected better customer service and a bit more appreciation for returning customers.
Glad I left and won’t be returning. I’d recommend shopping around rather than automatically renewing.

Your renewal premium is calculated weeks in advance of your renewal date, at that point our renewal price promise ensures that if you were joining as a new customer with an identical policy then your renewal premium would be lower. After your renewal invitation has been issued you may be able to find cheaper quotes as the rates of insurance can change regularly. Competitive car insurance
Found this insurance company via GoCompare. Competitive cover for my car and much cheaper than Admiral. Chose it on price and good rating on TrustPilot. Only drawback is having to print all documents at home rather than get them by post.
