WONDERFUL PRODUCT AND COMPANY
I have used this company for over twenty years and cannot speak too highly of their product or their customer service.
I always recommend them to friends.
I have photographs and craft products I printed years and years ago with no deterioration in the colour.

What a wonderful review, thank you. To have someone stay with us for over twenty years and still recommend us to friends really does mean a great deal.
We are also delighted to hear that photographs and craft projects you printed all those years ago are still looking good. There can't be a much better testament to the quality of the ink than that!
Thank you so much for your loyalty and support over all these years.

I cannot recommend this Company enough
After struggling to locate the correct Ink for my newly purchased machine, I emailed First Call Inks (who I had used in the past) and within a couple of hours I received a message back from Lee with the information I needed and the order was placed using their website. I then received another message from Lee, thanking me, for the order, and 24 hours later I was up and running. Great service and attention, the way all companies should be run.

The service is very prompt
The service is very prompt. What I didn’t like was that the discount code only applied to ink cartridges not toner cartridges. This was no clear until I tried using it.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you were happy with our prompt service.
Our discount codes do apply to toner cartridges as well as our compatible ink cartridges so we are sorry to hear that the discount did not appear to work for you. We wonder whether the 'Apply Discount' button may not have been clicked after entering the code as this is needed before the discount will show.
If you have any problems using a discount code in future please do give us a call or email us and we will be very happy to help.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review.
We're so pleased the ordering process was straightforward and that your delivery arrived on time.
On pricing, our own branded compatible inks are the more budget friendly option but a small number of machines will only accept remanufactured cartridges. These are considerably more expensive for us to source but we do sell them at pretty much cost as we really do try to be the best value there is!!
Thank you so much for the feedback. We hope to see you again soon.
