I ordered 3 inks but only 2 arrived
I ordered 3 inks but only 2 arrived, so I got in contact and sent a picture. There was no hassle and the missing ink was speedily dispatched. Not the first time I've used this company but the first mistake from them which was quickly rectified. I will continue to use them in future.

It would have been five out of five
It would have been five out of five, but - due
to an error (not mine) - I ended up with less (usable) cartridges than I ordered. I did receive an immediate apology and refund, hence my four out of five. I will continue to order from First Call Inks.

This company is brilliant
This company is brilliant. Always great service, friendly and knowledgeable, ready to give advice even when not linked to an immediate sale, and delivery is consistently reliable. They give that personal touch (notably in the recent newsletter they sent to their customers) while remaining totally professional. The prices are great and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my inks.

Excellent prices and service
Excellent prices and service. Not 5 stars for one very small reason. Would have been nice to have had more idea of delivery details/updates to know more accurately when to expect the delivery. Not a big deal.

Hi there
We are listening and although Royal Mail are supposed to send you tracking through we do hear that sometimes this simply doesn't happen (do always check your spam folders though). We are currently in the process of making this better so hopefully if we are lucky enough to get a repeat order from you, it will be an experience worth 5*'s!
Thanks so much for our feedback. We do appreciate the opportunity to address things even when customers don't contact us directly, it is good to read where we might need to up our game!

I used to be a Stinkyink customer, so had to find someone new. I get Which magazine every month so looking through some of my back issues I came across one that was rating compatible ink suppliers and they rated you highly. My first order from you arrived after a couple of days, securely packed so I was very pleased.
