Amazing service
Amazing service, my car was picked up from my work address within an hour of the initial phone call, the gentleman who took my call was helpful, friendly, professional and reassuring. The gentleman who came to collect my car was so polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. What could have been a stressful situation was the complete opposite, top marks for this company and the recovery driver, heartfelt thanks

Excellent service
I have had to use First Call Motor Breakdown twice and they have been utterly fantastic and make a stressful situation, much less stressful.
I had a blow out on my tyre this morning and someone came within an hour and the communication was excellent .

Cannot fault the service
Cannot fault the service. Arrived within the specified time within the information text. Really helpful getting two adults and three kids belted up safely in the cab. Treated the car with care when getting it on and off the recovery truck and happy to drop us off at our preferred address rather than a nearby garage.

Excellent reassuring swrvice
Excellent service, first time I’ve had to use service, Chris on phone very helpful organising breakdown to home due to puncture. Recovery driver so helpful checking everything then following me to garage having blown up tyre safely for me to drive. From
Start to finish very helpful quick and efficient, thank you. Won’t hesitate to use again should the need arise.

The service was very straight forward…
The service was very straight forward to use, the man on the phone was incredibly helpful and efficient. Mustafa who came to pick up the car send a text message and phoned 30 minutes before arrival giving plenty of time. He delivered the vehicle safely and was brilliant! Strongly recommend this service to anyone!

Liked the service from the time the person got to me but the wait time was way too long. 3 hours . The person came a long way. I know I’m in norfolk but surely there’s someone actually in norfolk who could have come , not from Lincolnshire because it takes 2 hours from there .
Once arrived it was very efficient in getting us home.

Although the attending recovery agent had completed a prior job in Lincolnshire, they are part of our Norfolk-based team and have multiple bases, including one closer to your destination. We understand that waiting for assistance can be frustrating, and we regret that the response time was longer than usual in this instance.
