1st and last time booking with this company.
Upgraded my room (in Spain) in the App and that cancelled my hotel at the airport the night before we flew out and our airport parking, only found out about this when we turned up at airport to check-in!! Clearly a glitch in the App!!!
Rang them and was called a liar numerous times by the 🐄 on the phone. Was even told never paid for them, have proof. We ended up sleeping in the car that night as no hotel rooms left also paid an extra £128 for parking. Got a phone call was told as a good will gesture they could pay for parking, I made them book it even tho I had paid again. I could find a hotel even though they knew was none in area available and I may be able to claim back......
The worst start to a family holiday with 2 kids, NEVER AGAIN AVOID!!!!!
Sort your APP out, clearly isn't fit for purpose.

The person (Angela) who took my call and did the booking for me was really helpful and efficient. When I rang again a few days later to change my transfer the man who did the change for me was so helpful too.

Altogether a well organised operation and we enjoyed our holiday. Staff were great and responsive. Only disappointment was the quality of the hotel...it was still very pleasant but a little tired not a 5 star as claimed imo - more 4 star. Also the communal facilities could have been larger (pool always over crowded with bed blocking - could have been bigger) as could other communal seating areas...restaurant space and party space was however fine. A few more niceties in the rooms would also have gone down well. The gardens were lovely...how about some hammocks and chaise long areas in the grounds?

Nice hotel in Sorrento, bit out on a limb and a shuttle bus needed to get into the town itself. Lots of food but luke warm which is not the nicest when it's pizza and cold. Pool a little green on the wall sides but warm as it was heated. Nice pool area with bar but a little pricey, 10 euros for a cold coffee drink for 2. I understand they are thinking of returning to all inclusive which is a good idea as a lot of visitors were visiting the local winery and drinking in their rooms instead. Overall a nice break for 10 days.

Website easy to use. Options clearly displayed with prices. No hidden extras - options were shown but could be skipped/ignored. Price pp and total clear at all times.

TUI BLUE PASCHA BAY the staff excellent, constantly cleaning and servicing the communal areas, food was fine and well presented, the beach is good, access down stairs in some locations, lifeguards and security a constant daytime presence, the beach seemed safe and reasonably clean within the hotel boundary, however leave the hotel and rubbish on the neighbouring beach to the east is ever present.
We were given a room in the block next to reception, the road noise from the 6 lane highway a few meters away is 24/7 and the room poorly insulated especially around the door, and for this reason alone we would not return here. We did ask for a move, always denied even though a constant churn of room changes were apparent.
The hotel is particularly suited to families, with many babies and young children present, also reflected in the evening entertainment which is enthusiastic but mostly for kids.

I'm absolutely heartbroken. I booked a holiday before my baby was born for our first holiday together. I was told by first choice to book him as Infant X and use the DOB of the booking. When I got his birth registered and the passport through I called them and they want 300£ to amend the name! They claim to have sent a "chat message" about it after the call which I never received or recall whatsoever. I am advising anyone booking with a new baby not to use First Choice.

Easy to use website. The many useful filters enabled us to find exactly the holiday we were looking for. Very pleased with what we have picked and happy with the price. A follow-up query I had on the chat line was answered very quickly and professionally. All good so far.

Horrible experience with First Choice. We booked 2 rooms for a 4 night break in a hotel in Turkey, arrived late at night and shown to our rooms which were filthy, mouldy bathroom, dirty toilet, hairs in the bed and dirty sheets, public hairs on the bedside cabinet. We didn't stay the night as it was so unsanitary and went to a local bar whilst we looked for another hotel to stay, found one after a very stressful time, with the help of the lovely bar owners and local people. First Choice refused to help as we had left the hotel instead of sleeping there and contacting them in the morning for a resolution!! They really expected us to sleep in a filthy hovel until they opened the following morning.
First Choice really have damaged their brand by having places like this on their books, I will never use Tui again. In this age of Internet travel platforms you are really making a mistake being so complacent about your brand and customers, it is so easy to book a holiday using Booking.com and Skyscanner apps and you will have a much better experience and save yourself some money too.

All weekend I have tried to look at my options of amending my holiday due to an unforseen commitment that cannot be avoided.
Tried the manage online booking... kicks me out when I press continue after picking an alternative holiday.
Tried the Web chat, obviously its an existing booking and First Choice have my money so I cant get past the chat bot. More surprisingly given that a customer has left a similar review here on the 11th August...
What wasn't a surprise is that when I clicked "New Booking" - because im a firm believer in Curiousity killed the cat - in spoke to an agent within minutes.
However my joy was shortlived. Said agent was not helpful. Explained my situation and was told I cant transfer you and these are the Customer Service and promptly left the chat.
In a world of reliance upon Web based support, First Choices is quite frankly shocking. Unless youre a "new customer" in which case... theyre readily available to take your money. I requested the transcript of said chat, its not come through yet. Not remotely surprised at this either.
Cant wait to finally get hold of someone who will then want to charge me £200 amendment fees after this absolutely nonsensical display of customer service.
This is the 2nd Holiday we have booked with First Choice, will be something of a miracle if we even entertain a 3rd time.
Good job im not non-verbal. When all im being signposted to is a phone number. By a webchat agent. Or am I non verbal and hence the need for web based support. Appalling customer service.

Ordered two sofas , spoke to customer services about placing an order which promptly sorted out the problem. The sofas arrived on the scheduled date and time. A quick delivery within days.pleased with quality they look exactly like the pictures. Have used this company before same excellent service.

Have not booked a holiday for about 10 years but always wanted to stay at the cliff bay hotel when we waking past it and the reviews made me book my wife past away 5 years ago so I will have found memory's of the island when I am there.
