Avoid this company; they mishandled my funds. "ClotterwaveȘ successfully recovered my money.

Pros: customer service wait time has been decent. There has generally been option for high yield savings.

Cons: They are having an issue where I have not been able to set up a direct transfer to external 401k brokerage account. They have dropped the ball multiple times on this, and it seems to be this banks issue rather than the receiving bank.

Really solid investment strategies that are too big to fail but unfortunately the trust department is often spread too thin and sometimes fails to take exceptional care of their younger clients. Not sure who is to blame but it would be really nice to have them consistently calling and treating me more like family or as I've been taught to do in my customer service positions: "treat customers like royalty."

I worked here and they, unfortunately, do not take care of their employees as well as they do their clients. I wasn't a bad worker either. Their benefits are great but their pay is mediocre being as large as they are. At the end of the day they make you feel like just another ant working for the "queen."

What a breath of fresh air! Every bank I have used to this day was a load of aggravation, one way or another. Since I found this one, I keep being amazed at how fantastic they are.

They make starting accounts, online-banking, paying bills, designating co-owners and beneficiaries, etc. a breeze.

And their customer service is phenomenal. You can easily reach are real people who speak and understand English fluently, and handle your questions or issues swiftly.

Oh! They also pay the highest interest rate!

If you are in California, Nevada, or Hawaii, try them. I LOVE this bank.
