Lauren Jones has been super helpful with helping me through the process of opening a bank account. She has great customer service and communication skills. I appreciate her being very patient and understanding with me. She helped me solve some problems I was having through the process. Im very happy and look forward to being a customer with First Tech.

RANJEET KAUR is highly knowledgeable of her job, very helpful, patient, and polite. She explained to me in very much detail the process of the transaction I wanted to do, and offered me the best advice. Great service overall. Ranjeet is a great asset to First Tech.

I needed some clarification on an account that had an external bank transfer that was canceled. A call to Jeanne Lascano helped me understand why my transfer was canceled and I didn't loose any money.

Cheyene was very personable, patient and easy to understand. She helped me re-set my new last name on my checking account and clarified a deposit that reflected a current glitch (a 2013 deposit was showing up today) she also explained how I could change my savings accounts to reward savings which I will do soon. It was such a nice experience to speak with someone who was patient and who took time to review my finances.

Front desk receptionist was helpful directing me, and Nathan was pleasant and direct and easy to understand. I left feeling as if I wasted no time, and all questions I had were answered. Great experience.

Mitzi Barahona takes customer service to a new level. Last year I developed a relationship with First Tech. They have some of the best CD and savings account interest rates available. I was traveling and was 9 hours ahead of my home time zone. I sent Mitzi an email that I thought she would receive in the morning. It was 12:30AM, where Mitzi was located, when I sent the email. I was shocked Mitzi immediately responded to my email and for the next 1/2 hour answered all of my questions. I have been with Chase since before it took over Washington Mutual. Never have I received this kind of customer service before. Kudos to Mitzi you bring value to my relationship with First Tech.

I was completely in the dark about the poor choices I was making about earning maximum interest on my financial accounts. Alana just kept introducing me to so many options. I called about a completely different subject and she opened my eyes . Great job on her part.

Do not apply for a loan with this credit union. I have a 740 credit score and a salary above $160,000 annually from an employer I've been with for 20 years. I went through the pre-approval process and the website showed I was pre-approved for $10,000 - $20,000 without collateral. As a result, I made the mistake of submitting the application. After having to scan and upload of several documents to the website, I was told I was disapproved. I explained to them how deceptive this practice is and how bad this makes their customer service. Proving however they do not care about that, they basically told me to take a walk. Now I not only don't have the loan, my credit score has been impacted by the hard inquiry. Do not use this credit union. Applicant beware.

After working in customer service for a number of years, I learned one very important lesson. There are people that have an innate talent for helping people. It just comes naturally. You can not really teach true talent and I found this trait in Brigitte Kearns. Not only was I impressed with her knowledge but her consideration for my time was exceptional. I am a lifelong customer.

I had an extremely disappointing experience. I was approved and submitted every document that was requested within the deadline. After waiting, I was told they never received my documents and that I would have to submit a brand-new application instead of resolving the issue.
The customer service was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. No one took the time to investigate what happened or offer a solution.
Instead, I was told to start over, which means another hard inquiry on my credit report through no fault of my own.
This experience has been frustrating and unfair. I did everything I was asked to do, yet I am being penalized because of their poor handling of my application. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on how I was treated and how they handled my account.

I recently worked with Alana Tate, and I want to acknowledge how outstanding she was. She guided me through my questions with patience, offered empathy when I felt confused, and resolved each issue with confidence and professionalism. She truly embodies what excellence looks like.

My experience at First Tech for their services is always excellent and very often, the employees make it awesome exceptional. Same was the case this time with Jams Silvius who was efficient in getting the job done in notarizing all my documents and importantly, courteous, and very accommodating to ensure the work was done correctly, making additional copies and answering our queries regarding the process and our accounts and services. Jams is an example of how excellent customer service and engagement are fundamental and make all the difference in maintaining happy customers over several years (have been with 1st Tech for 26 years) and grow their business by keeping the highest standards in serving the customer. My experience was very good, indeed.
The name of the lady whom I had the pleasure of communicating with is Michelle. Am sure she is unaware of it, but I have have spoken to her on the phone in the past.
I well understand that working at a call center Is, often times, unpleasant.
I’m an older man and my hearing is anything but stellar.
She was very kind, courteous andanswered all my questions.
I have no idea if the ladies who work the call center are able to read people‘s responses but on the off chance that perhaps she will see this I want to say thank you, Michelle, for your help and your kindness
