He was very helpful getting my accounts in order and secure, and he was reassuring as he walked through next steps with me. He explained things well and patiently answered all my many questions. I easily scheduled an appointment online, and then I quickly received a follow-up call to clarify my needs and timeline. The representative I spoke with, both on the phone and at the branch, was Kyle Morris. He was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions, and I would highly recommend Kyle and FTFCU to others.

The staff is very personal and always make an effort to explain any changes with terms whenever they happen.
