I have been with first tech for over 16 years. I how love the people who work there are always friendly and helpful!

Today I went in the bank and was helped by Clarissa and Casey who’s in training. Both ladies were very friendly, patient, helpful, and gave me the info I needed.

I always have positive experiences with First Tech! Thanks to the entire team for all you do!

Wow, this first line in comment section in the trustpilot.com says “ what went wrong this time” sounds like you’re suggesting that we complain all the time.
I think about changing that.
The reason I was writing this is you ask for a review. Well the closing of the Tanasbourne Branch that was fabulous and then the opening of that little corner place you call a Branch is is a far cry from what I expect from First Tech. When you first come into the Branch, you have about 6 feet and you have these two people asking for personal information where everyone can hear there’s no confidentiality and you have to stand in line and wait whether you have an appointment with somebody, you want to see a specialist or you have teller activities.
You never listened to your Members their returns and tons and tons of complaints. I’ve also heard through the rumor mail that your employees are not even happy. The branch has been really ruined and I won’t even go out there anymore and I knew a lot of their employees they knew who I was. I deal with my mom‘s account. I deal with my account. Because of your lack of listening, I definitely consider going to another bank. I’ve been with First Tech since 1994. Each time you merge with another company service goes down. It’s really sad. I really liked First Tech for many many years.

Great customer service. I met with Christopher Ray to learn about the products available to me as part of the Premier program. He suggested a few changes to my accounts and assisted me with setting up a new CD.

Christopher was well prepared for our meeting and helped me setup our accounts to maximize earnings potential. He also informed me about other services that could be beneficial without expectations. The premier service at first tech is top notch. I look forward to working with Christopher for all of our banking needs.

Everyone that helped me today with a wired $$ for my little sister. The staff were all helpful, informative, & answered all of my questions & did so pleasantly! My husband & I have been a member of First Tech Credit Union, since 2018 & have never thought of going elsewhere! We love it here!! A member of staff; named Mathew helped me today with several issues today, going above & beyond to make sure that I was able to complete my banking

Michelle helped us to open our daughters first bank account, she made it easy and comfortable the process, safety set up access securely on her phone too, the medium these teenagers constantly use. She explained different accounts usage by her experience. She is very knowledgeable which helped my daughter immensely.

Great staff! On every call to FT I have been encouraged to look into FT's various programs that might be of help to me. It goes without saying that these programs or services were explained in a manner to be helpful, not to give me a "hard sell." It also goes without saying that each person , when called, gave me the help that I needed.

Your new Tanasbourne location is too small. I suppose you’re saving money but the old stand alone building had a big lobby where there was room for everyone to stand in line. Now people are queued up out the door.

I provided the information to set up my new login and your system rejected it. Everything 1st Tech has told me to do since I was hacked and all my accounts were closed has been wrong.

Their customer service is too notch. I met with Owen and reviewed my financial situation in a short time.

Mary did an amazing job helping me and ensuring that I could get a new debit card. Great communication and friendly service. 10/10

Hashim reached out proactively with some options help my wife and I by recommending a few options relative to our accounts. He was professional and extremely helpful. I have been a First Tech customer for going on 30+ years and the support is and always has been fantastic.
