I was going to visit the Wilsonville…
I was going to visit the Wilsonville branch to have a certificate, but everything is done on the phone and very quickly done. Jeanne had a great customer service & made everything very easy for me. The first time David Marston helped me a lot and Dieh Behzadrad after that. Everyone in this branch has a great customer service skills and I am very happy to have my money in this bank. Thank you!

Teshia was so helpful & very patient helping me with questions I had. She also had great suggestions how I could get more rewards in my accounts. Plus she made all the changes for me so I didn't have to do it myself. Teshia has a great personality & very cheerful person. Helped me with international travel and more!
Ahmed Hassan was extremely helpful and courteous in solving my issue with my credit card being locked while I was on vacation in China. Rather than leaving it at that, he informed me that I was missing out on completely free no-strings-attached benefits that I could be earning that I wasn't taking advantage of. I was a little skeptical at first, but he stepped me through it and helped me out. Thanks Ahmed!

I appreciated the call from David today. I immediately followed his recommendation to transfer funds which I should have done previously. I will consider the other option regarding the credit card. I have always had good assistance from First Tech regarding money investment and movement.
