I've recently had, for now I'll say,  the misfortune of having to deal with Fisher Paykel customer service. I have a fridge, which I've been very happy with for a number of years, I feel it was worth the money.
However, it required new gasket frames for the fridge and freezer, they just wore out.

I placed my order on the 31st of August, and was informed that the fridge gasket would be delivered quickly, but the freezer gasket was on back order and I was assured it would arrive on the 18 September...

I have now chased Fisher Paykel customer service twice, the first time they assured me they would raise the issue with the warehouse and have someone call me back....the second time I was then told that it apparently did not come in the September shipment and that it would now be October...but they were not sure. Again they said they would raise the issue as a matter of urgency and get someone to call me to confirm what they were going to do....

To date... no call backs...no emails, nothing...

These were not cheap parts in my opinion,  actually both gaskets are identical but the freezer gasket, being half the size of the fridge gasket is twice the price???

I'm not so sure I would recommend Fisher Paykel to friends any more.

It was a pleasure to have Rob come and fix our fridge freezer. He clearly knew the appliance back to front, had it diagnosed, dismantled, fixed and reassembled quickly and efficiently. A properly professional repair job.

The light on my freezer had stopped working. Dean attended for a service visit and was efficient and polite. He sorted the issue in under ten minutes and left the area tidy and clean.

I booked the appointment weeks ago and received a text the night before to remind me 👍.
Rob turned up at the time agreed. He fixed my issue quickly and efficiently and explained what the problem was .
All very straight forward from making the appointment to the fix.

From product selection to ordering and delivery choosing Fisher & Paykel was the best decision I made. The product is top class, it looks good, worked well and easy to use. Well worth the money paid for a product as good as a Fisher & Paykel appliance.
