Incredible..
My partner and I visited the shop on multiple occasions, while going through the process of building our new gym. The service from our first visit right to our last visit to purchase our cardio equipment has been incredible! All the staff that we have dealt with (Justin, Jack and Melanie) have really delivered on customer service and product knowledge - never pushy or forcing stuff on us!!

I had an exercise bike delivered, it had a missing part and after several attempts to get them to deliver a missing part, nothing has arrived despite them saying its on its way. Appalling after service, avoid this company. I am now having to go through small claims court to get my money back

Passed Around. No Responsibility Taken. Extremely Disappointing.
I purchased a Schwinn 800IC Indoor Cycle from Fitness Superstore on 31 January 2024, delivered 1 February 2024.
On 6 February 2026, just five days after the warranty expired, the console began freezing mid-workout. The backlight remains on, but the display locks and becomes unusable. The issue now occurs within eight minutes of riding, making the bike effectively unreliable.
Since reporting this problem, I have:
• Submitted multiple support tickets
• Spoken to at least four different representatives
• Provided receipt and video evidence
• Been redirected between companies
Despite all of this, no one has taken responsibility.
I have been passed between Schwinn, Johnson Health, and the retailer. Each points elsewhere. No goodwill gesture. No flexibility. No ownership.
This is a premium indoor training bike. A console failure days outside warranty, combined with zero discretion or customer care, is extremely disappointing.
Electronics can fail. That is understandable.
What is not understandable is the complete lack of accountability when a product fails virtually at the point of warranty expiry.
At this stage, I am paying to repair (£142) the bike myself because meaningful support has not been offered.
If you are considering this brand or retailer, be aware that once the warranty period ends, even by a matter of days, you may find yourself entirely on your own.
That has been my experience.
UPDATE:
Following an email exchange, I have been advised that the next step is to pay for an engineer to come out and diagnose the issue at the following cost:
"Our standard call-out fee is £95 + VAT (£114 in total). This covers the engineer for up to one hour on site for the assessment and servicing/repairs if no parts were required. If the engineer is on site after the first hour there is a fee of £25 + VAT (£30) per hour.
If any parts were required, we would send you a report with parts required and we could obtain a quote on your behalf. Please be aware that our engineer’s do not stock parts for these machines on their vans.
For an engineer to visit for a second visit, our re-call fee is £60 + VAT (£72 in total) – again, this covers the engineer for up to one hour and any hours after the first hour is charged at £25 + VAT (£30) per hour.
Please also note that we do have to have the first payment of £114 before the engineer can offer you an appointment."
After everything involved in trying to resolve this issue, I have decided to use that money towards a different system so I can continue my training without any further hassle, disruption or frustration.
I am very disappointed with the overall experience and the level of support I have received. Based on my experience, I would not recommend. AVOID!!!

We are very sorry to read your review and truly understand your frustration. Experiencing a fault so close to the end of the warranty period is incredibly disappointing, and we apologise for the inconvenience and the lack of clear ownership you feel you’ve received while trying to resolve this.
Please be assured that we are actively working on your case. However, as the unit is now outside its warranty period, we do need a confirmed diagnosis of the fault in order to determine what support or goodwill options may be available. Without technical findings, we’re currently unable to identify the cause of the issue or take the next steps.
You mentioned that you purchased a replacement console independently, which unfortunately did not resolve the problem. To help us progress this further, we kindly ask that you provide:
Details of any engineer’s assessment, if one has taken place
Any technical feedback given by FES (Fitness Equipment Services) regarding the remaining fault
Confirmation of whether an engineer has identified the root cause
Once we receive this information, we will review your case fully and see what further assistance or goodwill support we may be able to offer.
We do genuinely want to help, and we are sorry that your experience so far has not reflected the level of service you expected. Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to receiving the details so we can continue working toward a resolution. Kind Regards Fitness Superstore

The delivery was next day this went well with the delivery company telephoning 30 mins before delivery we were also able to track online
My wife and i have used the treadmill quite often since the delivery and are very pleased with it
